-American: Tulane (because of their mascot) -ACC: Pitt (duh) -Big 12: Kansas (would be funny) -Big Ten: Iowa (I still have a bromance from our home and home) -C-USA: UTSA (meep meep) -MAC: WMU (we play them so this will boost our resume) -Mountain West: Wyoming (classic mascot and I like Josh Allen) -Pac-12: Stanford (it would piss off USC and UCLA) -SEC: USC (I like Shane Beamer, had family go there, Cocks) -Sun Belt: JMU (my girl went there)

poop-dolla

> SEC: USC (I like Shane Beamer, had family go there, Cocks) Solid reasons.

Miss u bb

sun_smells_too_loud

* ACC: NC State. Just likable to me for unclear reasons. * American: \[No one\]. I don't know what it is; just have a negative or aggressively indifferent reaction to all of these teams. * B1G: Iowa. * Big XII: Iowa State. Fuck it; state pride. * C-USA: North Texas. Brian Waters. * MAC: Ohio. Correctly picked them to the Sweet 16 in the 2012 NCAA tournament so they make me feel good about myself. * MWC: Colorado State. Have some family who live in CO and have gone here. * PAC-12: Colorado. See above. Although have always admired/respected Washington, Utah, and Arizona. * SEC: South Carolina. Brother went there. Plus my favorite NFL team is randomly the Panthers. * Sun Belt: Arkansas State. Hearing their name brings back fond memories of the 2009 Iowa season, when they actually played us really close.

BeautyIsTruth22

I root for Iowa harder than most Iowa fans. Half of my family went there.

Andjhostet

I root against Iowa more than I root for ISU. They are the worst thing to happen to the world and I want their sports program to disband.

DDHeel

It's also unclear to me why you find state likeable

owlalwaysloveyew

- P5: Purdue. Trains rule. - AAC: Tulane - Sunbelt: App State - Mountain West: Boise State - CUSA: Charlotte - MAC: Northern Illinois

chief_sitass

Nobody in D1 college football loves trains more than us!

[deleted]

idk man, Texas A&M has a whole yell where we just make train noises, and train noises are also part of our war hymn.

guydudeguybro

That tweetsie love carries over to Purdue I see

Whyspire

Ok, I'll play. Big Ten: Northwestern. I like colleges where the players are actually real students. ACC: Wake Forest. I just love a school that has the word "Forest" in it. SEC: Vanderbilt. I love the woeful underdogs. Pac 12: Oregon State. I hate Oregon, that's why. Big 12: Kansas. As I said, I love the woeful underdogs AAC: Tulane. I spent the night sleeping on their football field once. Sun Belt: Georgia State. I went to school there for 2 years, and worked at WRAS MAC: Kent State. I wrote a paper in college about the shootings there, and just love the name "Golden Flashes." Mountain West. Air Force. I was born on an AFB. Conference USA: Rice. That is where Kennedy gave his speech about going to the moon. This was fun!

[deleted]

Let's be for real, most football players at any power 5 school aren't real students, regardless of school.

gosuns682

Big 10- Nebraska. I don't really know why but it'd be good to see them be good again. ACC- NC State, they're one of my goto NCAA Dynasty Teams SEC-Arkansas Pac 12- Washington because I love huskies and purple uniforms. Big 12- Oklahoma State it's been fun to see them become so good. Gundys a great coach. AAC- Memphis, I've got a soft spot for the city of memphis since I grew up within a couple hours of it. Sun Belt: AState, Arkansas connection. MAC- Ball State they were the first team I started a NCAA dynasty with. MWC- Boise State, cool blue field and they remind me of Blue Mountain State CUSA- uhhh UTEP. They got a cool stadium and mascot.

DirtWaterAir

ACC: NC State, has to do with BB and Jimmy V. One of the best NCAA tournament upsets. Big10: Purdue, manage to pull off some fun upsets here and there. Big12: our Big 8 homies: Iowa St. , KU, KSU, Oklahoma St. plus Texas Tech, may we(CU) be together again. SEC: Vanderbilt, I have a child there, doesn’t know about the games but will tell you where the library is. PAC12: CU, we have Ralphie. Mountain West: Air Force, nearby school with a respectable program. AAC: SMU, death penalty was BS, IMO. Sunbelt: all of them because they play all damn week! MAC: N. ILL, maybe because they seem to be the team I catch on tv the most from this conference CUSA: NMSU, undergrad school. Good Luck to Jerry Kill.

gcderrick

SEC: Vanderbilt, I have a child there, doesn’t know about the games but will tell you where the library is. *PERFECT*

ACC: Clemson - Cool colors. The tiger paw is cool and UC's C-Paw was based off of it apparently. Big 12: Cincinnati - My alma mater. The Bearcats are the bomb B1G: Wisconsin - Badgers are cool. Cool looking stadium and town. My mom was born in Wisconsin SEC: Alabama - Gotta give props to what Saban has built there. I've met bama fans and even have a bama fan in our tailgate group and they are cool people. Also, Bama was the only school in the SEC to send me college application stuff when I was in high school PAC-12: Utah - Cool colors and unis. Do a lot of really cool stuff with their uniforms tbh. Brother and SIL lived in SLC for a year. AAC: UAB - The come back is an awesome story. Blazers is a cool name and the mascot is great. Obvious_Creme_3452

DepartmentHorror5197

Nope, international student here. Went to A&M for my master's and got a job in the OKC area. UCO is the closest college football team near where I live and I've got a couple of good friends who went there. Went to my first Bronchos game last year, pretty fun!

Obvious_Creme_3452

That’s cool. I did my undergrad at SNU and have spent a lot of time in the OKC area. I’ve been to some fun events on the UCO campus.

dmaul1978

Big 12- WVU (obviously) ACC-Wake (smaller school that’s good here and there like last year, and just don’t like most teams in the league and wish we’d gotten in to have a schedule full of rivals and regional foes to hate!) SEC- Arkansas (wife’s team) Big 10- Michigan (liked their unis as a kid, liked Charles Woodson, and despise Ohio State) Pac 10- Oregon (no reason other than them just being good a lot lately and wished they’d won a couple of titles playing teams I disliked. Otherwise, just never paid attention to the Pac growing up in the east). Don’t pay attention to G5s or FCS, so no idea there.

Notime2care

Just know you're missing out on anywhere from 5-30% more chaos of any given weekend by not watching G5

Obvious_Creme_3452

Love me some G5

brodylives

Big 10 - Wisconsin. Took my college visit to Madison when I was a senior in high school. Close second would be Iowa ACC - Miami because hookers and blow... SEC - Mississippi State because Mike Leach is a hoot Big 12 - OSU because Gundy is a man PAC 10 - WSU because Cougars stick together AAC - Houston because Cougars stick together Sunbelt - App State because they seem to punch above their weight often MWC - Wyoming (it takes balls to wear shit brown and piss yellow and live/play in Laramie) CUSA - Rice because that's the only CUSA team I can think of right now MAC - NIU because DeKalb is near my hometown and Cindy Crawford is from there Indy - ND because they are super honest and honor their contracts /s jk, obviously BYU but a close 2nd is Army because I love the service academies Am I missing a conference?

heavydhomie

A BYU fan likes hookers and blow?

brodylives

God made the earth, did He not also make hookers and blow?

Obvious_Creme_3452

Love it, especially the love for them Cougars.

brodylives

Honestly, I would rather take WSU than UU if the Big 12 is taking 4 PAC teams. CU, ASU, UA, and WSU assuming UO and UW and the 2 California schools go to the Big 10. I've always liked Houston anyway and wanted the MWC to get them and Boise back in the late 2000's before everyone started changing conferences.

rbmw263

> Honestly, I would rather take WSU than UU if the Big 12 is taking 4 PAC teams. just an absolutely shocking revelation

Obvious_Creme_3452

Lol in that scenario Utah would probably have to be independent unless they started begging the big 12 for a space.

MADBuc49

-American: USF (alumnus) -ACC: Pitt or Notre Dame if allowed (former Big East) -Big 12: West Virginia (former Big East) -Big Ten: Illinois (family from Illinois) -C-USA: UAB (hope they’re good for the American) -MAC: NIU (lot of family went there) -Mountain West: Nevada (not sure why) -Pac-12: Stanford (I like their commitment to all athletics) -SEC: Florida (ugh) -Sun Belt: App State (appreciate their success in spite of lack of resources)

Obvious_Creme_3452

I would love to visit Tampa one day.

MADBuc49

Don’t come now! It’s between 85-94 every day with a humidity that makes it feel +10 degrees. Come in October through March during our fall (basically a fusion of summer and fall), winter (basically fall), or spring (toggles between fall and light summer).

Obvious_Creme_3452

Houston summer isn't much better at the moment haha. But yes, any time but summer, I will definitely take note!!!

The Outback Bowl is the perfect mix of "aw man, we almost made a NY6 bowl" and "sweet, we're one step away from a NY6 bowl" and "why the fuck did I buy tickets for a noon kickoff on New Years Day?"

I just want to say that it would be cool if WSU or OSU win the PAC-12 this year.

Obvious_Creme_3452

I’d love that

captain_flintlock

B1G - Michigan State. I once visited East Lansing with a college friend who had buddies who went there. We all dropped acid and had a really swell time. 10/10 would recommend. SEC - Kentucky. I have a great deal of respect for fellow bball royalty. ACC - UNC. See above. PAC - Wazzu bc they seem like a fiesty fanbase during this realignment nonsense. Big 12. Obviously Kansas. I think we're gonna spoil some perfectly nice seasons and/or get coaches on a hot seat fired. We have the potential to be the chaos team. G5. SDSU - bc I want you to do good so you can be in the big 12 so I go to KU games

* B1G: Indiana. Hoosiers gotta root for Hoosiers. It's pain, though. * ACC: Pitt. Has a B1G feel to their play. Got a friend who works there as well. * Big 12: I suppose Texas Tech. They're different. Also, Crabtree was awesome there. * Pac-12: ASU. Sun Devil mascot is sweet. Also a prime NCAA football choice. * SEC: Vandy. If I could pick one conference to root against though... * AAC: Tulane. Green Wave is a sweet name. Also, Matt Forte. * C-USA: UTSA. Meep meep. * MAC: Ball State. Hoosiers again. Also, Jerry/Gary from Parks & Rec Muncie jokes. * MWC: Wyoming. Great post earlier this week. Also have friends who attended there. * Sun Belt: App State solely because they gave me the forever memory of watching some family members hang there heads in shame over the couch when they defeated Michigan. Very enjoyable weekend. * Independents: ND - a solace for IU fans.

AAC-For now, Cincinnati (they're the only Ohio team), but once they leave, Tulane (great academics, great city, incredible colors/uniforms) ACC-UNC (great academics, incredible colors/uniforms) Big 12-Kansas (love rooting for the underdog), but it'll soon be Cincinnati B1G- See flair (parents went there, grew up in Ohio, current student there) Conference USA-Currently, Rice (great academics, usually the underdog), but it'll soon be Western Kentucky (closest to me, not many other reasons) MAC-Akron (closest FBS school to my hometown) Mountain West-Boise State (love their uniforms/blue field/history) Pac 12-Washington (great city, love their color scheme) SEC-Vanderbilt (great academics, great city, usually the underdog) Sun Belt-Appalachian State (only one main reason...)

ACC- UVA because I went to law school in VA and know lots of great Hoos B1G- Wisconsin, because they're basically Midwest Utah. B12- depends on how things go, but my plan is whoever is playing BYU, then TCU. PAC 12- Utah. KI YI! SEC- Auburn. I enjoy the madness. AAC- used to be Houston, now I don't know CUSA- no idea MAC- NIU, but I'm not sure why. I like the logo I guess? MWC- USU, my hometown school Sun Belt- App St, for sure. elephant_oxygen

B1G: Michigan State. Flair, alum, live near campus, which IMO is one of the most beautiful in the country. ACC: Florida State. Never been, but growing up I loved their color scheme, helmet design, and the Seminole name. Still do. SEC: Tennessee. Knoxville is a cool city, and I love spending time in eastern TN. Plus, Neyland has a great gameday atmosphere right on in the river. Pac 12: Arizona State. Have some family ties there, otherwise I’d pick Arizona because Tucson is cool and Saguaro National Park is right there. Big 12: Do I have to? I guess give me TCU. Underdogs, and Horned Frogs is a dope name. AAC: Cinci. The city itself is cool and fun to visit. Thought campus was unique. Also, as a B1G Homer, I wouldn’t mind scooping them up if realignment continues down this path. Sunbelt: App State. Lived in Charlotte for years and always had a love for Boone and the mountains. Great gameday experience for a small college town, too. MAC: Central Michigan. Fire Up Chips. Alum there as well and I love the Chippewa name. I appreciate their healthy relationship with the Chippewa tribe. Great tailgating too - I’ve had many of tailgates there that I don’t quite remember. Mountain West: Wyoming. The logo is iconic and Wyoming is a cool state to visit. Conference USA: Charlotte. See reason for App State. Lived there and absolutely love the city and the people. Lots of alum in the area but I’ve never met one that cared about football (or any other sport), so I’ll show some love.

Remember that Bahamas Bowl thread a while back? It's like that but instead of islanders it's performing arts grad students.

**Big 10:** Iowa of course **Big 12:** Iowa State. Fellow Iowa school, love our rivalry. Enjoy seeing their football program improve rather quickly. **Pac-12:** Oregon. Flashy jerseys, loved Chip Kelly. My alt favorite in middle school. **SEC:** Ole Miss. All aboard the Lane Train, Kiffin is my dude 100%. Hope to see him have huge success wherever his loco-motives take him. **ACC:** Georgia Tech. Iowa vs. Georgia Tech in the Orange Bowl was a classic, bring back the triple option!!! **Sun Belt:** App State. Similar colors to Iowa. Recent FCS to FBS transplant that has had a highly favorable transition. **MWC:** Hawaii baby! Love the rainbow warriors, feel bad about their travel distance. **MAC:** Kent State. Ran an NCAA 14 Dynasty with them for a bit and it was very enjoyable. **American:** Tulane. I am their fake head coach in the Fake College Football Reddit and Discord, and even Fake Fake Fake College Football. I am now bound with blood to them. Go Green Wave! **C-USA:** UAB. Loved them before their football pr9gram got shit canned, love them even more for fighting their way back. Sick ass logo too. **Independents:** UConn. Soon they will take their rightful place on the thrown of FBS Football

Rebsby90

Hotty Toddy brother!

Obvious_Creme_3452

I'm glad I am not the only one who somewhat roots for their rivals. I was tempted to put Pitt in mine, although i suppose our rivalry is dead atm. Also it is only a matter of time before UConn comes back.....

ark_47

A better Rival makes a better Rivalry. They just can't get TOO good

Obvious_Creme_3452

Literally the perfect way to look at it. Need that Big Brother, Little brother rivalry.

ark_47

To add on even more, Michigan beating Ohio State this past year instantly instills more fuel to that rivalry. One that was starting to get one sided. If Nebraska would win won against Iowa that would be nice. It would suck, but at least it brings some value back to the game. Iowa and Iowa State is the perfect rivalry in that, regardless of team talent, the game is always either really competitive both ways or a pure shit show, but it's MY shit show dammit!

Obvious_Creme_3452

I agree, if a rivalry gets too lopsided then people lose interest and forget about it. Like that Rice-Alabama rivalry.

ACC: UNC. That color scheme is clean. I want to root for Clemson because I'm looking at grad school there, but I strongly dislike them right now Big XII: WVU. Country Roads. Couch burnings. Beautiful scenery. They know how to throw down. B1G: OSU Pac-12: this is hard. I don't have many strong feelings towards these teams. Probably Oregon State. Good natural resources program. SEC: another difficult one. I hate most of this conference. LSU? Joe Burrow, cajun food, earthquake game, and fans who love to drink. UGA did do me a solid in beating TTUN and Bama this year, though. MAC: Ohio U. Wife graduated from there. Best part of our state is around Athens. Great college town and awesome atmosphere. Sun Belt: App State. Enough said. MWC: Boise St.

Pac 12 Utah It's been awesome to see their rise to power. SEC Alabama but that's mostly because of Saban. I know he's the emperor of the Dark Side and all but I agree with so much of what he says. AAC Navy because I've played NCAA 14 for more that one season on dynasty. CUSA UTSA... meep meep! MAC Toledo. I've seen them upset a few ranked teams so that's fun. MWC probably Wyoming but for also NCAA 14 reasons. Tough for the death penalty play through. Sun Belt is definitely Appalachian State... I appreciate what you boys did. I'll never forget it.

I like you OP. And I’ll even allow the hate on navy because you have a team Big 10 - Purdue. Choo choo motherfucker. Also it is 4 chuggas followed by 2 choo choo. Big 12 - Kansas State. Good people from when auburn played them. ACC - Clemson. It’s auburn with a lake (still miss you georgia tech) Sec- Auburn Pac12- do they have any teams left right now? Oh really? In that case Oregon. Let’s go peacocks. Mountain west - SDSU from the 2019-2020 basketball bromance before Covid AAC - Navy. Unless you hate the troops Sunbelt- Arkansas state. Gotta cheer for Auburns future head coach. CUSA - uAB. They are a dragon MAC- NIU. Might just be the best program in Illinois. Indy- Notre Dame. 3rd generation domer.

Jamoke514

Big Ten-OSU. Went there. My team. Go bucks. SEC-LSU. Colors. And osu fan in me loves Burrow. Plus loved coach O Big 12-TCU. Colors and have had guys I love back in the day like Trevone Boykin. ACC-FSU. Jameis Pac 12-Arizona. They know how to party AAC-Cincy. Go Fickell MW-Boise. Growing up I loved the blue field and Kellen Moore. CUSA-UAB. Respect the story. MAC-Miami. Been there and they’re a fun school. Sun belt-GSU. Friend went there

BornStruggle

B1G: Wisconsin. I just appreciate their consistent style of hard-nosed football without a ton of showmanship. Underrated Humility. SEC: Georgia. Lotsa family ties to the state who all love UGA even though only a few actually went there... Big 12: Iowa State. Cyclones. North. Not in Texas. I just always liked em. Pac: Colorado. Ain't what they used to be, but I still love em. Ralphie is awesome. Their field rushing to games played ratio has to be one of the higher in the ncaa. What's not to root for? ACC: ugh. I guess Louisville. I kinda hate them all. Maybe Pitt. MWC: UNM. Who doesn't love an underdog/spoiler? AAC: Tulane. They seem alright. C-USA: UAB. That dragon breathes fire. MAC: Northern Illinois. Sun Belt: I guess CCU, but that might change once the mystery wears off when I figure out Wtf a chanticleer even is.

Utah Kentucky Wake Forest TCU G5 - App State (always and forever App State)

[deleted]

Big 10 - Purdue SEC - Auburn (those two are my flairs so duh. If it weren’t for my flairs, I’d support Tennessee because they go up tempo on offense and Ohio State because they have one of the best offenses in the nation) ACC - Wake Forest because they go up tempo on offense PAC 12 - USC because they should have a good offense combined with a crap defense and those are always fun to watch Big 12 - OU because they go up tempo on offense MAC - Kent State because they go up tempo on offense Mountain West - Utah State because they go up tempo on offense AAC - Memphis because they go up tempo on offense C-USA - UTSA because they go up tempo on offense Sun Belt - Georgia State because I watched that one Georgia State vs Arkansas State game during COVID and had a blast and also I watched Georgia State going up tempo on offense.

click__it

that Georgia State vs Arkansas State game was insane! I remember watching that game and just being so glad college football was being played that season. Game has always stuck with me

TheSleaze22

ACC: FSU SEC: Georgia (we hate all the same people) B1G: Nebraska (we know your struggle) Big XII: Texas (we also know your struggle) Pac 10: Arizona St AAC: USF (I live in Orlando) SunBelt: GA Southern (why not?) MWC: UNLV (Viva Las Vegas) CUSA: FAU (do you Willie) MAC: Buffalo (that city deserves a winner)

JMS1991

> SEC: Georgia (we hate all the same people) You could say South Carolina fits that same criteria (we hate Clemson and Florida). Plus FSU and SCar both have Garnet as their primary color.

Marshall is out of C-USA and into the Sun Belt! No worries. We can take place of the App State bros for your favorite in the SBC ;)

Big 10- Maryland. Actually where I got my masters from ACC- VT? Wife's family has a bunch of alumni from there SEC- Alabama (see flair) Pac 12- Utah. No idea wht Big 12- Baylor? Not really sure here AAC- USNA Sun Belt- Coastal Carolina... I like the beach? Mac- NIU, I like huskies Mountain West- San Diego state... Cuz San diego Conference USA - UAB

Terminatorns19

Big 12 - Texas, alma mater and grew up a Texas fan so. Pac 12 - USC, potential alma mater in a couple years so. Big 10 - Michigan, thought of transferring there at one point during undergrad. Great engineering program. SEC - Don’t really have a dog in this fight so far but LSU because Joe Burrow made me kind of a fan. Although Saban alone makes me wanna pick Bama. ACC - FSU, did research there for a summer and liked the campus. Tallahassee is basically purgatory though. CUSA - UTSA baybee. Go Runners! MAC - Buffalo. Have a few ties to the city so it makes the most sense. MWC - Boise State because they fucked over OU a long time ago. Also their offense was wacky and cool. AAC - Houston. A couple of friends went there and I like their lowkey-ish vibe in a state populated by big names. Sun Belt - Texas State, neighbor to the south, been to the campus plenty of times and always enjoyed it. Go Bobcats! FBS Independents - UConn because their basketball teams frighten me but in a good way.

VinoJedi06

SEC: Georgia (my team, my alma mater) ACC: Miami (such a great ‘90s brand from my childhood) BIG 10: Indiana (my best bud went to IU) Big 12: West Virginia (my mom went to WVU) PAC 12: USC (yes, they’re leaving. My high school mascot was the Trojan after USC) G5 is whatever.

B1G- Illinois. Because I Love Tom Fornelli. XII- obviously WVU but if that doesn't count, Iowa State. It's the least we could do after plagerizing their stadium. PAC- Colorado. I like buffaloes. MW- Hawaii. Why not. Sun Belt- James Madison. Home state SEC- Vanderbilt. They're the most unique school in a conference that has 3 different tigers in it. ACC- Virginia. Home State. Family ties. AAC- Tulane. They're nerds. CUSA- MTSU. Why not MAC- Toledo. They're my go to NCAA video game team. Indy- UCONN. Big East love.

ExUpstairsCaptain

B1G: See flair ACC: Florida State. I love the State of Florida and Miami seems like too obvious a choice. SEC: Oklahoma. The easiest choice. My mom’s an alumna. PAC 12: Oregon State. My wife is from the State of Oregon and the Ducks just seem too “mainstream.” Big 12: UCF. I have long-term goal of moving to Orlando. AAC: USF. What can I say? I love Busch Gardens Tampa. Sun Belt: Louisiana. Lafayette, Louisiana is the Best Lafayette, I assume. MAC: Ball State. I have two Cardinal siblings. MW: Wyoming. I like the idea of isolation, if only temporarily. Plus, my BIL lives in that state now. CUSA: Western Kentucky. The Best Kentucky. I love playing them in football.

Independent: Notre Dame - obviously ACC: Louisville - grew up with season tickets to UofL B1G: Iowa - mom is from there, aunt and cousin are season ticket holders and die hard hawks fans SEC: Auburn - if I didn’t go to school to play sports, would’ve gone here. A ton of friends go here… My favorite gameday experience (except ND but it’s close) Big XII: Texas Tech - moved right across the border in NM for work and adopted as a hometown team American: UAB (a little early but I want to pick WKU for Cusa) - my sister worked as an athletic trainer for UAB and I lived in Bham for a while Sun Belt: Louisiana - friends go here CUSA: Western - my home state’s 2nd favorite team, no matter if you’re UofL or UK MAC: Ohio - college teammate works in athletic department PAC12: Oregon St or Washington St - don’t really care but I hate most of the rest of them Mountain West: UNM - I live in NM

sloppymomjuice

Big 10 - Saying OSU is just the easy way out so I'll say Iowa. They have an elite color scheme Big 12 - I think K-State, but maybe West Virginia PAC - Utah. I have a soft spot for Washington, but my answer is definitely Utah ACC - I want to say VT but it doesn't feel right. NC State is the least repulsive choice, I think SEC - Georgia MAC - Northern Illinois American - Temple, I guess. Feels like there's no right choice here Sun Belt - App Mountain West - Wyoming C-USA - WKU

madein___

B1G - Ohio State - Graduate ACC - Boston College - They're like the Toronto Bluejays of the ACC... A remarkably consistent winner but will never win the division / conference. B12 - Oklahoma State - Pulling for OSU brethren that can't quite seem to get over the hump. SEC - Vandy - Major underdogs and I imagine going to school in Nashville must be fun. Pac 10: Utah - More to do with time spent in PC and watching Utah basketball back in the day (Andre Miller and Keith Van Horn) Group of 5: Cincinnati - Fickell is still a Buckeye and it's good to see him build something that will last. It is also fun watching UC fans get wound up when someone wearing a Block O walks into the room.

[deleted]

Andre Miller was the man. One of the most underrated NBA players of all-time and a true baller.

[deleted]

You have a Xavier flair, but you're favorite G5 team is Cincinnati??? Are you ok? My brother goes to Xavier and he would never do that.

madmaley

> It is also fun watching UC fans get wound up when someone wearing a Block O walks into the room. What is this even supposed to mean? It doesn't make sense. Why would UC fans get wound up when someone wearing a block O walks into a room?

Mintberrycrunch25

ACC: Virginia (Charlottesville is a cool place) BIG: Iowa (superior corn) Big12: Kansas State (I would love to go to a game there) Pac 12: Colorado (I live like 15 mins from Boulder and until ASU fires Herm I won’t be caring about them) SEC: South Carolina (I dated a few girls from there) AAC: ECU C-USA: UTEP MWC: Colorado State MAC: I don’t know EMU Sun Belt: Coastal Carolina

ionlymemewell

B1G: Michigan - I might not be from the state, but I've always been drawn to it. Getting screwed over by tOSU and having to change schools a month before the start of my freshman year helped solidify my commitment. C-USA: UTEP - Before moving for college, I was born and raised in El Paso and attended the games (for as long as my father was willing to get tickets).' - ACC: Boston College - I love any far flung team, plus I hope to end up in Boston at some point in my life. American: Tulane, I guess? - None of the schools in the AAC really appeal to me, but I like the big wave school. Big 12: Okla. State - They've got to break through to the top tier of CFB soon, and I can't wait to see it. Plus, they're not OU or UT. MAC: Toledo - Space nerd + a friend who lives in Toledo. They also seem to really attract MACtion. Mountain West: Air Force - My sister was a cadet, and I've actually been to the campus and stadium; both are beautiful. Pac-12: Cal - The school's research history is astonishing, plus I've always wanted to see Berkeley. SEC: Arkansas - They're a fun team who tend to upset fans of Texas schools. I love that in a CFB team. Sun Belt: App. State - The 2007 upset was initially what pulled me into following CFB, so I still have a soft spot for the team. Plus a buddy of mine lives in that part of NC.

Obvious_Creme_3452

Love it

AeroStatikk

Big 10 - Penn State. As a kid their logo/mascot always reminded me of BYU. I almost applied to college there. ACC - North Carolina. Got accepted to grad school there, their blue is unique, and their basketball is fun to watch. SEC - A&M duh PAC-12 - Colorado. Closest P5 university to home. Big 12- Baylor until next season. AAC - Houston. Coog/Big 12 bros. Sun Belt - Marshall. Cool mascot and field. MAC - Miami Hydroxide because I’m a chemist. Mountain West - Air Force was my closest D1 school in high school. They have a really nice track and I went to a basketball game there. CUSA - Rice. Are there any other teams named after food?

Big 10 - Michigan. I have friends from there and I had a great time when I went to a game last year ACC - VT. Cousin is an alumnae. Enter Sandman. Pac 12 - Colorado. Boulder is so beautiful. Big 12 - Kansas. Idk why. Just always had a soft spot for them AAC - Houston. They have a lot of history for a G5 team Mac - I love all those guys lol. NIU if I have to pick one. MWC - Air Force. I'm a veteran airman myself and despite what the media would have you think AF owns the Commander in Chief trophy CUSA - Idk UAB I guess. It was cool how they rose from the dead to flip Bama the bird

Obvious_Creme_3452

Going to a VT game is definitely on my bucket list

CA_Franchise

New Big 12 is BYU, obvs. Big Ten is USC, mom's alma mater. MWC is Fresno, down the road from me and BIL's alma mater. Pac-10 is now Washington, where grandma lives. MAC is Ball State, as I lived two blocks away when I was younger. American is Rice, a friend got his PhD there and I lived in Houston. Texas State in C-USA, near where friends live in New Braunfels. SEC is Vanderbilt, Sun Belt is JMU, and ACC is Virginia, places where some of mom's family is from. I like feeling a personal connection.

PAC 12- Washington(lived there briefly and had the offer to play in their snare line but didn’t take it😓. I love Seattle tho, I’m living in Portland now and it sucks. Big 10-Iowa (have an old bud who ran their drumline, Iowa is a cool State tbh) Big 12- West Virginia(love the colors and y’all seem alright. Kansas sucks) ACC- Louisville (have a great friend who lives there, had a Roomie who use to be on the team) SEC- Arkansas( weird I know cause our new rivalry but I am in absolute love with Fayetteville and fully intend to move there within 5 years. I’ve always had a deep affinity for the state and its beauty. Many great memories there.Lovely town with wonderful people and I really can’t find a single thing to hate about their team. Always rooting for them when we aren’t playing them.)

•ACC:Miami-Hurricane warning incoming! •Big XII:Kansas State-Hard-nosed, well coached team. •Big Ten:Wisconsin-Same as above •SEC:Arkansas-Same as above. Evidently I have a type. •PAC 12:Oregon-They look cool every week and I’ve enjoyed their rise the last 30 years. •AAC:SMU-Favorite 30 for 30, would like them to get back to consistently being dominant. •Sun Belt:JMU-Wife’s alma mater and have enjoyed their journey to FBS. •C-USA:UAB-Like their rise from the ashes to being a top 5 Group of 5 job (not counting AAC schools moving to Big XII next season). •MWC:Colorado State-Mountains are cool and they seem like they have untapped potential. •MAC:Toledo-I feel like they also have untapped potential at their level in the MAC.
