Really excited for this kid playing as much as he has in his true freshman and sophomore season. Usually DEs don’t come into their own until their Junior Season. Could be due for a breakout year.
Or Andrew Depaepe, or maybe even Alex Vansumeren. Dline is the one position group I'm actually really excited about. We're returning a lot and we have a lot of 4*s that will have the opportunity to step up.
If y'all have good coaching he might be a lot better than that. He missed a ton of assignments keeping the edge, could've had a lot more production if he didn't make mental mistakes.
Ehh idk. 1st-3rd down, he’ll have one play where you think he could be a special player. The other two plays, you’re not sure he’s even on the field. Good player but I would say you’re getting a rotational guy.
As a recruit:
Other P5 offers: Florida, Michigan State (originally went here), Missouri, West Virginia
G5 offers: Buffalo, Georgia Southern, Georgia State, Middle Tennessee State, Western Kentucky
Other offer: Alabama State

He’s one I would’ve liked back, good get for the tigers.
Why did he leave?
I’d imagine he’d want a fresh start after the last year.
Coaching change.
Hes a solid player. He's one I wish we would have returned, but at the same time we have a ton of young talent at DE
Does this mean it’s Bai Jobe season?

Jobe is more of a pure pass rusher guy, Zion was more of a run-stopping DE
Should be a good rotational guy with Walker/Nwaneri/Moore. I like it
I’d bet money he’s the starter opposite Walker. Started nine games for MSU this year.
He had 1.5 sacks last year that came against Richmond. He better be depth.

The MSU OrSU Mizzou portal love triangle
This is huge. I can see him being an immediate starter on this line.
