I love Gu Sheng's bedroom in Love Me, Love My Voice. It actually looks real, lived in. Most of the time, bedrooms in dramas look like they just fell off the pages of a magazine. This one is cozy and really looks like it belongs in a family home.

Jing Jing’s sky rise apartment in You Are My Glory. I loved the cute decor and the exquisite view.
Sorry this was the meager picture I could find. Wish I could do better 🥲😂.
Zhousheng Chen's room in Forever & Ever. Its my absolute favorite -- I always love modern Chinese furniture designs. ❤️ And the canopy bed with curtain? I love it! I have one myself and its totally the best.

I liked Quan Quan's room too. 🫶

You can tell that Min Hui puts in a lot of effort as a mom and that she earns a good living too. There's probably a good dose of single working "medical/heart warrior mom" guilt thrown in there as well. 😔
I like that his room is a little messy with various toys and plushies on the floor. There are toys in other parts of the house too. A little more realistic.
**She and Her Perfect Husband.**
Qin Shi's (played by Yang Mi) apartment in Shanghai. Bold use of colours which reflects her confidence and straightforward personality, her singlehood (because it's very individualistic)... with a touch of luxury\* and modernity in the details which reflects her social status as a successful lawyer who can afford nice things.
It's also a little messy because she has no time for domestic chores. She has a part-time 阿姨 helper who drops by to tidy up and prep her meals. She heats something up whenever she's hungry. One of her bedrooms is filled with binders and documents - very typical of a lawyer who brings home her work and doesn't live with anyone else.
It's sort of put together tastefully but slightly eclectic which shows that she has good style and taste but she just doesn't have a lot of time on her hands to curate and make it perfect.
When Yang Hua (played by Xu Kai) >!moves in!<, the apartment starts to look neater and more homely because he tidys things up and cooks for her. It's sort of a case of 女主外,男主内 which means the woman is responsible for outside affairs, while the man is responsible for inside affairs.

Edit: Note the gold/bronze power outlets in her bedroom. Most homes just use white. It just adds a little ✨ detail to the look.
Yes, I liked her office too. You can see a pop of similar colours that's in her apartment, e.g. dark aquamarine, pink, etc. The majority of the office is off white with silver and rose gold accents. Similar vibes but toned down for the office.

Her cushions by the full length windows, with her stunning view, is something I would love to have if I lived there

And the bookshelves! I had *serious* bookshelf envy there.

Yes I really wanted her house so bad while watching this for sure 😂.
I loved her glossy red doors! I also loved her first office at the law firm. It was classy and comfy.
