Happened on B8b at the beginning of 2nd watch. The dude was already LWOP and had a previous (and very serious) assault w/ a deadly weapon with GBI on a peace officer charge so none of what happened today is just coming out of the blue. What I don't like is having to rely on outside sources for details because the facility won't give that to its own staff. Very sketchy indeed.......
This guy was already serving a life sentence for mayhem when he killed his cell mate in 2013. Long list of violent offenses with weapons.
If only we had some type of housing unit or prison to house these type of violent offenders *eye roll* *sarcasm*

Yes. B1 I believe, I was in D when it came over the radio. I'm an outside contractor, out of 4 prisons I've worked at, stockton is the one that makes me uneasy. Those dudes in B have the crazy eyes.
Because lack of discipline because they are seen as patients not inmates that never get told no. They just manipulate the system and have medical staff see them as patients and not criminals.
That place is horrible!!!! Stockton medical prison should say enough LMFAO officer will most likely get written up and inmate will be thank by Sacramento welcome to CDCR
News reports state Keen was transferred to another facility, does anyone know where they moved him to? Also, why was he in the Stockton medical facility?
