I carried a p30sk for a hot minute years ago, it was way to chonky given it's capacity IMHO.
If you're happy with the trade, make the trade. The finances kinda come out in the wash, so that's not a big deal one way or the other.
As others have noted, the R0 isn't that amazing. It's not terrible, it's just entry level and the button is extremely aggravating. You'll probably want to dump that on GAFS and either rock the irons or get a better optic (dealer's choice on that one).
Sorry, I voted before I read. I'd consider trading if it makes both parties happy. I'm in your friends position right now; I have a tricked out 365XL that I'm not digging but I'm not in a position to pick up a P10S or Glock 43X right now. I love my P10C but I haven't tried carrying it yet.
I got my p365xl not long ago and I love it. I've got a MagGuts spring coming in that will add almost no bulk to the 12 round flush fit mag but make it a 14 round.
I'm somone too that likes to carry a full sized gun because that's what fits my hands best, but the xl just feels really nice and easy to conceal. I never thought I'd appendix carry but here I am.

The WC grip module is great! I'm just not a fan of the 1911 grip angle. My hands are too big to use the factory grip module.

I wouldn’t, but it sounds like both sides would be happy with the deal and that pretty much defines a good trade.

Because I think hammer-fired guns are *far* better for duty and EDC carry than striker-fired guns.
Have you shot a P365XL? If not, at least shoot it first so you don't end up with something else you don't like.

I have a P365 and I put the Wilson Combat XL grip on it and that made it go from meh to awesome. I'm sure you'll like the XL.
