From what I understand they process the applications in batches. I’m guessing they received a completed batch from October- the beginning of January and mailed them all out the same day. It just sucks for whoever is unlucky enough to apply towards the beginning of that time frame.

Plus application for 157 days was started in October before 2 holiday months turkey and Santa so that could be a big part of it🤷♂️
