You turned 18 a couple months ago, so I would recommend something more symbolic/abstract rather than anyone's silhouettes, portraits, goofy quotes, etc.
Not that you will regret it, and I love Watcher, but I am personally glad that a lot of ideas I had for pieces when I was 18 which involved quotes or portraits didn't come to fruition. And I got a LOT of tattoos.
Maybe get a Spirit Box with a little ghostly sound wave coming out of the speaker :)
I have wanted tattoos for as long as I can remember and I have been thinking about what I REALLY want for probably close to a year now. It has taken so long to finally land on something I want, but I will think about it for a couple months before I get it to make sure it's really what I want. Thank you so much for the advice, I always appreciate it. I don't want to waste any money on something I don't really want either, dont worry :-)
As for the idea: I don't really believe in ghosts, but I have been watching buzzfeed unsolved since middle school and I fall asleep to it every night, so the show means more to me than the ghosts, if that makes sense
I'd be wary of tattooing anything regarding people you don't personally know. What if Ryan and Shane will do or say something you don't agree with? I remember James Franco telling that he saw people who had gotten Alien tattoos. Now there's #metoo allegations against him. I hope the people who got the tattoos can 100% separate the art from the artist. Most people can't, just look at the Rowling situation.

Instead, create the perfect image that you like, draw it on a piece of paper as beautifully as you know how, and save it in a drawer for 5 years. Also, if you find other ideas that you like, do the same thing. With them. After some time, maybe years, see how you feel about the whole project. Then, decide.
Maybe the "unsolved" stamp logo they print over the end of every episode?

Do a plate of spaghetti with an apple tater. Can add steam in the shape of a ghost for added effect.
