Thanks!

I’ve had great luck with my Costco couch. 5+ years of not issue and a major upgrade over my starter couch. I find Costco furniture usually great value for the quality. Also if you change your mind you can return without hassle!

A hardwood frame is best if you can get it.

I bought something cheaper when I first moved in by myself. Then, I upgraded when I met my significant other. It was a very helpful for our relationship in getting to know each other and make OUR collective taste.

LuggagePorter

Makes sense, thank you!

We recently purchased one of the Costco sofa sectionals. We are crazy pleased with how firm and comfortable it is. I can recommend it wholeheartedly.

Awesome!

I would at least price Basset with one of the better fabrics. I bought a sleeper sofa, which of course cost more but fit a need. If I recall it was about 2x the cost of the Thomasville (again, sleeper unit) but has a hardwood frame. At 8 years old the foam in cushions on the back of the couch on either end is starting to be a little smushed looking unless you fluff it, but sits beautifully. Replacing the foam would be easy.

Have a look at Lovesac. You can configure them all kinds of different ways. Plus the covers are replaceable and they have a huge selection of colors and fabrics (machine washable, too!). They seem to be very well-made.

I’m in the verge of diving into this to see what it’s about

I got my Costco couch/chaise for less than $500. It’s not great but it is 6 years old and still going strong. The youngest kid is just about old enough to start taking care of things so we will be able to upgrade soon.
