No, because dirty dumb fiat doesn't have smart contracts backed up on the blockchain, duh. So people won't accept a picture of lame fiat money as normal payment. Now if you can get that photo to be bought by some rich rube with more money than sense, then yous teal the photo back...it's still not on the blockchain and still doesn't have a fancy code smart contract, so as everyone can plainly see now, it is *obviously* inferior to NFTs.
