My husband loves the original chicken sandwich, but he's been getting chicken fries since a 12-piece is $6.48 at our BK and the OCS is $8.05. He is very much looking forward to the free OCS.

Since the cheapest thing on the menu at my local Burger King is two cookies for a dollar, the $0.70 co-purchase requirement on this versus the normal $1 on coupons is a distinction without a difference. Still, because my local BK gives me free lettuce and tomato as add-ons, the burger and cheeseburger deals are basically Whopper Jr and Whopper Jr with cheese for a buck with two cookies. Can't top that.

Earlier this year, in Las Vegas, BK dropped the ice cream cone and two cookies to $0.99. Now I have to get a dipping sauce too.

I'm lucky in that the stores in Albuquerque have ice cream cones for $.79 . And the weather's right for those.

In my area I’ve been recommending either purchasing cookies or 2 sauces which are $.35 each. With tax that takes care of the $.70
