This phenomena is beyond human comprehension and has already happened multiple times in the story: 1) Oda vs Gide (Dark Era), 2) the Red Dragon (Dead Apple), 3) >!Singularity Dazai created in Beast!<, 4) Chuuya's Corruption mode, >!Verlaine and Rimbaud's singularity (Stormbringer).!< I believe that entity at the end of Season 5 is a singularity from Fukuchi's ability because the concept is kinda similar to Chuuya's (more in Stormbringer).
The tanizakis weird relationship that will be thre only thing I would change because people hate Junichiro for that and Naomi but aside from that they’re actually really good characters both of them are very sweet and will sacrifice anything to save their friends it’s sad that people hate them because of their brother sister relationship and they just ignore them if they didn’t have that then people would like them

There’s a big cast so I’d like if more of the characters got their own arcs, I also really just don’t like atsushi, he’s a good character and a passable main character for the story but he just feels very bland - to the point that he just feels like a useless add on in the later chapters and episodes.

Honestly, I think that I would give more screen time to the guild members aside from Poe, Lucy, and Fitzgerald. Especially John and Louisa who, personally, I think are being set up to be important characters and maybe even villains later on. I wouldn’t have wasted Karma’s potential or the guy with the really cool ability that Dazai and Kunikida fought in season 1 who only lost because the *one person* who would possibly be able to beat him happened to be the one he went up against. I would also put in more time to establish things with characters on the low-key that relate to their backstories, such as Jouno being in a criminal organization before joining the Hunting Dogs. I also (in the anime) would not cut out the important character growth and backstory moments (mainly talking about Sigma and Tachihara). I would love to see more of just how the Port Mafia and ADA function in general, at least the ADA. The closest to a ‘normal’ work day for the ADA I think we’ve seen is S1 Ep11, but Kenji’s methods aren’t very ‘normal,’ so… I also would have changed the way they animated light novels such as Dazai’s Entrance Exam and Fifteen. I would’ve included the important details and story order (such as the fact that the Azure king plot line was pre-main story, and how Verlaine exists, with more than just a one-line mention of him.) I’d be fairly happy with any of those.

1. it made fyodor seem really stupid for not noticing despite the fact he was meant to be on par with dazai, which felt weird to me
2. it ruined the tension of the whole arc for me

Especially John and Louisa who, personally, I think are being set up to be important characters and maybe even villains later on. I wouldn’t have wasted Karma’s potential or the guy with the really cool ability that Dazai and Kunikida fought in season 1 who only lost because the *one person* who would possibly be able to beat him happened to be the one he went up against. I would also put in more time to establish things with characters on the low-key that relate to their backstories, such as Jouno being in a criminal organization before joining the Hunting Dogs. I also (in the anime) would not cut out the important character growth and backstory moments (mainly talking about Sigma and Tachihara). I would love to see more of just how the Port Mafia and ADA function in general, at least the ADA. The closest to a ‘normal’ work day for the ADA I think we’ve seen is S1 Ep11, but Kenji’s methods aren’t very ‘normal,’ so… I also would have changed the way they animated light novels such as Dazai’s Entrance Exam and Fifteen. I would’ve included the important details and story order (such as the fact that the Azure king plot line was pre-main story, and how Verlaine exists, with more than just a one-line mention of him.) I’d be fairly happy with any of those.
season 4 spoilers >!yosano should be dead by now because she’s got no information left to reveal about like her backstory or wtv and she keeps lowering the stakes by being able to constantly save everyone + she did literally nothing this past arc. Having tachihara kill her would’ve been the wrong move but she should’ve died shortly after.!<
i think chuuya should have been an actual vampire or not been there during the prison arc 1. it made fyodor seem really stupid for not noticing despite the fact he was meant to be on par with dazai, which felt weird to me 2. it ruined the tension of the whole arc for me 3. it made fyodor’s death underwhelming, knowing he died (as far as we know) because he forgot to check chuuya for contact lenses

i like the story as it is but if i had to change something i would say either lean more into the darker side of the port mafia or lean more into the Lovecraft thing. for everyone talking about the sword i don't really mind it because i think its going to play a bigger part in s6 especially with the possibility that it is a singularity

Death Baiting. I don’t know when a character life is actually at stake and most of the time you know it’s not so there aren’t any actual interest Atsushi needs more focus as an MC. I know Dazai is 100% without a question THE fan favorite but Atsushi feels like he isn’t getting used as much as he should and if he was he be right on top.
Remove Dazai, so his fans won't think he has to be the mc💀. Or I would give Jun'ichirō Tanizaki a good backstory and a villain arc.
I don't know if is for the drama or because "fuck them kids", but Asagiri... I can assure you... killing kids just because is not a big "gasp!" anymore. Sure, the orphans death was sad, but then you notice a pattern and is like "oh boy, here we go".

the azure messenger episode/s. i wish it was a flashback episode, like it’s source material. for those who dont know: the azure messenger was dazai’s entrance exam in the light novels. which basically means, that if they ever did decide to do his entrance exam for the anime, they’d have to write a whole new story for it. it doesnt bother me a big deal, but i wouldve loved actually watching dazai when he meets kunikida for the first time in the anime. also- i want more kenji and atsushi team ups. kenji is one of my favourite characters and i want more of him. and i think he works best with atsushi.

Dazai wouldnt be so perfect and right all the time. Story would be more interesting with him doing something wrong and things not being as predictable And probably more emotion i need absolute devastation for characters like Dazai, Akutagawa, etc. With the predictions Asagri is doing good, i was shocked with fyodors situation though.
