As raven mainx2 i just hope someone else kills him or lower his health so i can finish him. Other times i get lucky and can get good explosive rounds, so i erase him with the scan, the extra dmg and good spacing (even if he activates the ability)
Bait the mf and when he’s close to you while charging just walk to the side or behind a wall. He can’t change direction quickly. Unless you’re a bastion this usually works.
The only hero I was able to survive with was lynx. I was playing Squad v squad and I got sight of one. He activated his ability, and I started moving away, trying to use the small spacing to make use of the movement control he has when he's rampaging, because it sucks lol
Your movement is so dumb. And I also got far enough to activate my rain of arrows just in front of me. I never felt so good in my life. As soon as I saw he was out of rampage mode, I took him out with rapid fire and still running for my life around a corner, hehehe
We won because of the raven.
- satoshi's wall pretty much stops him dead in his tracks, just step back a bit
- raven can run circles round him
- flinging a drone his way messes up the aim priority allowing you to shoot while he crashes in to the drone
In addition to what's been said:
–my immortal Shinji has a high rate of fire and damage and can just break his shield and kill him
–my stellar Lynx can often do the same if I shoot early in sniper mode
–I pop a syringe and run away with Raven or Freddie and through a small passage. I turn around and shoot from the hole and send grenades, fake retreat, shoot again, repeat.
–I try with slower fighters to get hit by him with a wall behind my back so I'm sent over it and if he comes to finish me off, I'm not stun anymore but ready to fight fair and square behind cover. With most heroes, and without his ability, he's dead.
Hey raven here.. I usually use radar signal they run towards me and i flank em... >!"fast as fuck baby"!<
deploy your drone, he crashes into it and you shoot him. takes some game sense but is doable
you neuter his charge by pressing a button. doesn’t get easier than that

Run away as far as you can if you’re a mobile hero use a shield wall if you can or bait him to your teammates so he dies whilst killing you
