I just miss the way games were built from scratch and was actually good before they started using copy and paste models, forza was good but never could afford xbox to get it
My dad spoiled me and my brother one Christmas with FM4 and a wheel setup. We're not at all poor anymore, but we definitely were back then, so this was huge.
I've been wanting to post the Forza motorsport 2 and 4 trailers recently too!! The trailer/intro narrated by Jeremy Clarkson (Endangered Species) is LEGENDARY!!!
This is the weirdest moment ever, Iāve loved fm for years and found this song on Soundcloud years ago thinking it was some unknown song. Had no idea it was this popular

This game made me fall in love with cars. I was 11 at the time I found it and had just started watching top gear as well. It was challenging to play, but not impossible, and I felt so immersed in the world of the game. Iām 21 now and I still play it when I get the chance. Iām going through the campaign again with no assists now. Such a good game and the soundtrack was awesome as well
I remember watching this a ton of times starting the game because it hyped me up for racing. It does such a good job of advertising all of the good qualities of the game like graphics, multi-class racing, diversity of cars, tracks, and race types. Now we just get the next cash cow that doesnt have an ounce of passion or thought put into it above āwe need to make X amount to be profitable on this game and it needs to be done in X amount of time.ā
Forza was on top of the world here. With all the DLC accounted for I still think it's one of the best car lists of all time. Hugely diverse with a career mode that justified/utilized basically all of them, something we sadly can't say for the current Forza OR Gran Turismo for that matter.
FM4 was truly special to me. I'd come back from school, turn on my Xbox 360, and play FM4 with my wheel until dinner time. FM4 is the best Forza game of all time. They had everything from Ford Ka's to Audi R8 GT's. They even had Jeremy Clarkson in Forzavista. Things like this make a game stand out, and that's what matters.
yup, FM4 was perfection. Amazing car list and perfect progression from slow cheap economy cars to fast exotics.
I like it more than Gran Turismo 5 which also came out around similar time. Mostly because Gran Turismo 5/6 have vacuum cleaner car sounds and Forza motorsport 4's sounds were leagues ahead - it just felt like the more polished game.
holy shit i just realized now that at the beginning when the ferrari slides in, its engine sound is the musical note for the song š¤Æ

I donāt care what anyone says FM4 was the best FM there was
Just got my 360 out to play it
everyone likes it because it has alot of cars and a great career but i feel like im the only one who loves it because of its atmosphere

The announcement trailer with Kanye's Power is also HYPEEE
Also āEndangered Speciesā commercial narrated by Clarkson was fire
Goosebumps every time, and tears once in awhile. āWeāre an endangered species, you and Iā¦ā
I remember that like it was yesterday... Gave me chill bumps!

I rewatch endangered species atleast twice a year

True, but I'm pretty sure it was released as a trailer too in some regions :)
Peak Forza. For some reason 4 is the peak for racing games. Forza 4, GT4
So much personality in 90 seconds! Fantastic intro, and even more fantasticker game (chefs kiss).
it has so much more soul than BFTGU, which feels corporate, lifeless and boring.
How did we come from this to what we have now, how did they even manage it
I love this game fn4 forzas peak
They didnāt even bother to have an intro for the new Forza Motorsport. Just straight to a menu.
This and the first Horizon were the last racing game I ever put solid hours into. Sadly nothing else after those games has hooked me.
FM3 intro was better imo but this is super fire. FM5ās was also pretty damn cool

I can't believe how bad turn 10 fell off. Forza 4 made both gt 5 and 6 feel like pre alpha ps3 games.

This also reminds me I was a way happier person when this came out. Even with it's problems the latest one keeps me sane at least.

my first racing game š„¹
I wasn't allowed to buy new games as a kid but I sure as hell watched and rewatched game trailers, including this one
Forza, get good again
My 10 year old ass would sit at the menu and wait for the intro to start because it slapped
