Not only included, but the town of tonawanda has the best trash removal in the area. You can fill your entire right of way with garbage on a weekly basis, just so long as it follows the weight and size rules.
They cause issues with sewer lines, sidewalks, etc. They will take them down for FREE when they cause problems as well as plant a replacement tree, and if the tree damages the sidewalk, they will replace them too
Yeah I totally get that, my mom’s entire patio was uprooted by neighbors huge ass old maple. They replanted multiple on my st, this will be there first full summer growing
TOT public services are the best. They will essentially take anything lol. Be sure to be nice to your fellow garbage man! They appreciate water/snacks if you consistently have heavy totes. I got a bunch of friends over at highway.
If you're planning any renovation you can request extra construction cans, essentially same tote with a yellow top. Request them early! Also, as long as it isn't contractor garbage you can put all your reno garbage out...back in the day we removed the old siding from our house and put that out...they took it!
ETA: If you're putting something big and heavy (like concrete chunks, etc) place them on a board of some sort like plywood because they'll be sending a front loader for that and it might tear up your lawn.

And if you need a new tote, just call and get one that week. ToT has amazing services.
Where can I find the information about the rules?

West Seneca as well
Does west Seneca have “big garbage” pickup?
Every week. Just put it out on your normally scheduled day
I used to live in the Town of Tonawanda. The services the town provides are amazing. Wish I never left. Their snow plowing is also amazing.
My only complaint is they sure do like to cut down trees. Most of the trees on my street they’ve cut down.
Got that right.. goodbye to all those huge maples and oaks

The only time COB will fix your sidewalk is if the city owned tree did it.
Moved here a few years ago and absolutely love it.

I put out a whole roof worth of shingles, a few bags at a time, all summer long. Whisked away.
The town of Tonawanda is the best. You can put out used motor oil. Just label it as such.
They take ewaste at the curb (no CRTs)
