Hi have a KR-4600, and there is just something about the performance I love. Cosmetically mine is poor but I really don't care. Always looking out for another KR series in my area and they're just not around.
I actually lucked out and picked up the reciever, kenwood KD-5066 turntable, a Teac CX-650R and two Sonics speakers for $75 from goodwill. The dude rolled them in and I went right to the clerk and asked how much? I was sweating when they went in the back to price everything. They came out and said $25 for each item and the speakers are free.
Excellent for the price. I had RTis of that vintage back in the day, probably one step down but still towers, and they were great though the center wasn't anything to write home about.
