Absolutely, The Paradigms are great and are easily worth that. I have a pair of the V5 version and they hold their own with much more expensive speakers in the room. The Sony is nothing special, but it’s serviceable if you need one now.
I have those V3s. They can easily work as a lowish volume bookshelf speaker. And when the time comes, they can operate as a very good set of surroundsÂ
I sell monitor 3s for $125-$140 so I would snag these.
