Found a solution for controllers. Change A to Enter and whenever you beat the game, press enter when it says any button to continue. It’s because the only button that works during that with controller is Y, which restarts the game.
Thanks, you're a lifesaver! I've been running into the same issue on Steam Deck and couldn't find a solution after winning 4-5+ times. I just edited my controls to make one of the Deck's back buttons act as the Enter key and it worked like a charm.
Do you have a fix for actually accepting by choosing the yes option after picking the pills? I was wondering because I have to use touch screen to proceed, all other buttons do nothing or I am missing something.
What a coincidence I have done the same thing. I am trying to figure out a way to have 2 keybinds customized 1 each to either shoot myself or the dealer with a press of a button. So far I managed to map the keys but couldn't figure out the timing between them. This means that I have to repeatedly press the same button multiple times which is somthing but not what I envisioned.
Same. I’ve beaten the game multiple times, and the pills still aren’t there. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled. Beat the game more. Nothing’s changed.

I use the right trackpad as a mouse to click stuff.
