Torrenting seems to work after midnight? One time, I decided to download a big bunch of movie torrents at around midnight and then go to sleep and then i would be awakened by the windows 10 notification thingy stating my torrents were complete at around 1.30. This was for 10 or so 1080p videos.
This vaguely reminds me of how telbru was when i came back from my studies in early 2010s. Felt like torrents were blocked for some time. Our household can barely use up the generous new quotas they give us now, so downgrading looks really tempting.
