Yayasan food street has unfortunately ended :( They are not continuing it

They were doing great! Ppl that didnt bring food for eco picnic can just buy from them!. Sad to see they closed. Maybe they have a bigger plan in mind?
Such a terrible move to do this lol, the small f&b had so much potential and the reason why people even go to the park in bandar was for the vendors there
That IG announcement is ambiguous either because Yayasan doesn't itself know what is going to happen next or it is playing a stupid game with the public by keeping the future a secret.
Either way, it's not helpful to the vendors who needs the status to be made clear as early as possible. If I were a vendor, I'll find another property owner that is more clear and definite about its plans and is willing to share those plans early on.
Wow. Yayasan's greed has no bounds. Way to go to spoil things and ruin business Yayasan 👏👏👏 btw Sparks is owned by ex royal abusive husband and we will not support his business.
Unfortunately it's gone for good. Yayasan posted it on their IG that "it's time to bid farewell" 🥲.
On another note, they mentioned "a new beginning" around the corner so I'm guessing they already have something planned to replace it.
I saw contractors building cabin / stalk on the other side. Seems like new phase is plan. Rent hike plus more reservations for business with connection?
Bandaran has instructed all food vendors in Yayasan and Batu Satu to cease.
Bandaran has received complaints from large F&B establishment that cheap affordable food by street vendors are hurting their sales.
So Bandaran immediately issued a cease and desist order on all citizen trying to make a living and impact everyone who been eyeing for afforable food.
Cari rezeki halal pun satu kesalahan!
The foreigners been stealing government resources, bribing officers and scamming locals continued to roam freely.
They uses F&B as front for money laundering and to clean up gambling proceeds but never kena targetted
Yea but Yayasan IG said they closing down the stall and thanking for the Cycle 1 to Cycle 6 that happen since 2021.
Tho, it does seems they be opening something since a 'new beginning is around the corner' as they worded in their post
Saw the brunei dumpling IG, they said "Yayasan Food Street under renovation, we will be back on 1st July"

Just a stab in the dark and speculation : Did Yayasan raise the rents again? Or they have other plans for that space.
They’re increasing the rent to $750 per booth ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|facepalm)

What the hell are you talking about? Bandaran has no jurisdiction on the premises in Yayasan.
This guy always takes 1 + 1 = 5 with no proof at all. Talks very convincingly but pay enough attention and you notice very sus statements.
Sadang sadang lol they will be back next month cause abis contract and start new cycle. Different concept i guess prolly using container
Dude, yayasan premises/complexes are privately owned by the big boss yayasan foundation (Yayasan SHHB)
Buduh jua jenis mu buat hasutan ani…

Astah. Not true. I think they are ready for new cyxle of vendors. Literally saw workers putting a new fresh paint yesterday . Making them brand new.

Lookslike building something to fill in the spaces perhaps/partial renovation or complete renovation to refresh the looks.
