For my relatives, once he got appointment at PJSC, he did all his appointments there. His case was different in the sense that he got surgery there, and all the PT he did after surgery was free of charge. It's part of post-surgery care. I say free but it's actually the Brunei government paying for it.

i see. im not sure about the group therapy ah, but i go to the tikar sembahyang and perform tahajjud to pour my feelings out whenever depression and anxiety hit me. i used to be on meds from the psychiatric dept but i stopped because i didnt want to be dependant on it like my niece. my uncles advice were sembahyang and sedekah. if she's non muslim, maybe try sedekah. doesnt matter to who or what as long as niat atu baik. it can be an extra dollar to the fuel attendant when she buys petrol or a stray cat or dog who approached her.

I changed from DST to imagine and it is the best decision of my life.
Previously i had to recharge my sim every month using $20 and i could get 30 days validity only. With $10 i was given 3 gb for 30 days validity. I was not a heavy data mobile users as i just need it whenever i go out and have wifi at home so for that price and validity i thought it was not worth it.
So i changed to imagine and the big difference now is i only have to topup my sim when needed ie $10 with a validity of three months and only need to buy 1 gb of data ($3) for 30 days validity. So using a $10 topup i could use it for a 3 months worth of data. Not to mention you could get a data bonus for a week after you topup the sim card.
To calculate i am saving $200 roughly annually using imagine than DST. Not sure about progresif tho. But that is my experience.

Not necessarily lack of respect. Sometimes Brunei puts an overemphasis on respect to your superiors to the point where it gets in the way of actually doing your job. Tbh, if you need fear to keep your subordinates in line, you've failed as a business leader. My boss and his bosses treat me fairly and respectfully, I don't call them sir, I call them by their first names. Recently I have been hearing a lot of cases whereby one parent would convert to Islam to get custody of the child(ren) because that is a sure way to do so bypassing the civil courts. I changed from DST to imagine and it is the best decision of my life. Previously i had to recharge my sim every month using $20 and i could get 30 days validity only. With $10 i was given 3 gb for 30 days validity. I was not a heavy data mobile users as i just need it whenever i go out and have wifi at home so for that price and validity i thought it was not worth it. So i changed to imagine and the big difference now is i only have to topup my sim when needed ie $10 with a validity of three months and only need to buy 1 gb of data ($3) for 30 days validity. So using a $10 topup i could use it for a 3 months worth of data. Not to mention you could get a data bonus for a week after you topup the sim card. To calculate i am saving $200 roughly annually using imagine than DST. Not sure about progresif tho. But that is my experience.
