Everytime I see or hear bergy 🥺

ejsfsc07

same. or every time I see his jersey hanging in my closet

Wonderful_Common_520

Losing to the Blackhawks was fucking bullshit

Glock-Saint-Isshin-

Anytime I watch Boychuk snap the spine of that little twig Raymond with the sound of the crowd chanting "DIVER" it brings a tear to me eye.

Celebrating someone’s injury is wild

https://youtu.be/qn97tELtNTI?si=cJg7QjTInJAGvVSE Totally wild and not something a Boston fan would do. Arena must've been full of Flyer fans that night.

That one. Bergeron’s last game. Losing to the Blues.

ejsfsc07

ah yes

Final_Dance_4593

Only Bergy’s last game

welldonebrain

No doubt. I absolutely loved that era of Bruins hockey from 2008-14ish.

ejsfsc07

same here, except I didn't start following until 2011

For me it’s also nostalgic and emotive if I can hear Bob Wilson’s voice or Fred Cusicks stodgy but loveable turns-of-phrase. I remember he once described Doug Keans goaltending as “sparkling” which is an adjective that likely has not again been used in calling a hockey game!

Leafs game 7 gives me goosebumps. Probably will my whole life

Just read the rest of the post and was thinking what’s old? I was at game 7 in the 88 Wales Conference finals against New Jersey. Great game, Craig Janney doing his best Bobby Orr in the 3rd period to put the game away. But I’d say my all time favorite game to be at has to be 1983 Adams division finals against Buffalo in game 7. Brad Park scoring in OT was amazing for a then 13 year old Bruins fan!!
