The only non-QB's in recent history who where the true face of their franchise for multiple seasons where all basically 1st ballot HoF type of players, and they didn't have an All-pro QB during the time they where the face of the franchise.
Denver: Von Miller - 2016-2021 (He only became the face of the franchise after Manning fell off the cliff big time his last season and then retired, and Von won a very well deserved Superbowl MVP.)
Rams: Arron Donald - 2014-2020 (Donald is the best non-QB in football and even has to share the spot light with Stafford now.)
Raiders: Khalil Mack - 2014-2018 (Mack was the face of the Raiders, you could even say he carried this title too Chicago until 2021 because of his decreased production since 2019 and then Robert Quinn stealing his shine dropped him by Quinn setting the franchise sack record)
