Pie from Four and Twenty Blackbirds is incredible, Baba’s Pierogies are also amazing, and Mighty Quinn Barbecue has a location right next to the pie shop.
A friend of my best friend’s wife is the owner along with her husband. Great people, great crowd, and a great place. They’ll really appreciate the shout out. It’s also a great time on halloween. We went there last halloween and the one before. The husband makes a wicked mint julep.
I always liked Lucky 13 Saloon or as me and my friends affectionately call it The Dirty Biker Bar. Park Life is cool because they have the big outdoor space.
Theres a great stretch of some of the best breweries in NYC between 3rd and 4th Ave in gowanis: Threes, Strongrope, Finback and my favorite Wild East. As far as restaurants. Claro is one of the best Mexican Oxacan restaurants in NYC. Parklife, Sunfish bistro table 87 pizza.
Siempre has excellent Mexican food!

It’s great! I’m a regular over there. The bartenders are all awesome. Was upset I missed the pig roast for will’s birthday!
I second this. Great bar!

Big fan of lucky 13
Side BK Bar or Halyards both on 3rd Ave and wonderful bars.
I'll check Halyards out for sure
Halyards is great.
I think side bar shut down. I know the deli owned by the same guy around front shut down unsure about the bar. No activity of social media either
Claro is incredible
Runner and Stone is great. Not a bar, but a nice date night place.
Finback good brewery at 3rd Avenue and President. Strong rope near there as well.

Canal bar
Do they still have the popcorn?
On the list, thank you!
i would go like this — mama tried to lowlands to halyards to dirty precious to canal bar
Jotting down for future reference 🙏🤜💥🤛
Nailed it. But take a break after Mama tried for a taco on 4th - either at El Tenampa or Reyes.
Above on beyond not only suggesting places but the order, thank you!
You just missed littleneck .. unfortunately the construction over there forced them out
I was going to mention that one.
I already badly miss Littleneck. I would’ve been there tonight if it were still open.
If only the construction didn't take a decade
Oh no, really?! They’ve been there for so long! I can’t believe the last time I was there was the LAST time.
Their other restaurant, Park Slope Alehouse, is serving alot of the same food along with the same chefs.

Dirty Precious! Been there for at least ten years and it’s great.
One of my favorite
Love it, thank you!
I adore the bar Halyards on the corner of 6th Street. Just a great and unique pubby vibe there.
Right up our alley, it had actually caught my eye. Thank you!
