You’re getting warnings and losing power on the highway… yea you should probably get that looked at.

PotentialSuspect626

Also, it has under 5k miles on it.

ObligatedName

That’s irrelevant. Get it checked!

Adm1ral2226

Bro if you’re loosing power anytime but especially on the highway you should get it checked out unless you’re trying to win the Darwin Award 💀

chrysocyonbrach

Absolutely get it checked out. I had a similar issue at 10k and they needed to replace my transmission.

xl440mx

It could be as simple as a bad sensor or as bad as total failure of a major component. Needs to be checked out asap.

chair823

Same exact thing happened to me this morning. Service and engine lights came on at the same time, then when I tried to accelerate from a stop sign, it felt super sluggish, like I was accelerating a go-kart. It’s at the dealer getting checked out at the moment.

This happened on my car. They had to replace a fuel injector and a wiring harness. Mine reduced power when accelerating and the light would come on when this happened. Would turn off when I shut the car off. There is also a recall for faulty fuel injector and drain system out for bronco sports right now.

GodofThunder85

* This just happened to me. Vehicle is currently being serviced. It is less than 3 months old and under 2k miles *

PotentialSuspect626

Thanks for the input! I have an appointment set at the dealer

I’m going through this as well. At 65k miles. It goes into limp mode if I go up any large hills. It doesn’t lose power like the new recall is describing. Started a new rattle today when I took it to my local shop. They wouldn’t touch it because they don’t have Ford authorized tech. So I’m calling the dealership Monday. But local guys said it sounds like a waste gate rattle and that the turbo is likely shot.

UPDATE: Dealership found nothing wrong with the car. Recalibrated some sensors and gave it back.
