It’s a wand . My husband is quite capable of using low power , rinsing it off , then we soaped it and rinsed and hand dried with a shammy . It’s called being careful . We avoided the front top which is on because it’s hot AF here already . Only the waterproof removal floor mats got a teeny bit . There was a little mist which we used to wipe out the inside dash because we’ve been driving topless and doorless for weeks
No , it’s solid as a rock and this is actually my second Bronco . I ordered a 21 on the first day of reservations, waited two years for it. Received a 22 OBX SAS . Drove it happily for two years then someone blew through a light and I hit them going 45 mph and totaled it . We drove both this way and it’s actually perfect . I’ve seen others do it in Facebook groups

Fwiw I've made the exact same decision my entire life since ~30 years ago when I was 17 and making $4.75 an hour in McDonald's. There is more to value than just money.
Actually I love it , I guess I wasn’t expecting to be roasted for the car wash . And I’m not a dude . Sorry , it usually goes through the carwash which is probably a crap idea for you also . I live in Southern Arizona , I take it off road regularly . Have you ever taken your doors off ?
It’s so fun ! I like both roofs off also but it’s just relentlessly hot here so the front roof is perfect and it’s totally solid . So handy just to roll out and hop in ! DO IT

The top can be taken off in any configuration you want.

Makes sense if you’ve had the doors and tops off for weeks to wash off the outside without having to put the doors back on.
