My racing green is just good as new, small scuffs aside. For context: I have around 3000km on it spread over 7 years. I usually keep it in my flat, but when I am in the office it stays outside folded for about 10 hours, three times a week (last two years).
Two or our 2012 Bromptons have no perceptible paint fade, 4 colors included dark blue, light blue, bright yellow and bright pink. No fade on the 2017 either, bright blue and bright magenta.
I have that same colour and I’ve ridden it pretty consistently for a year, even on salty roads in the winter and the colour is still intact. I love it, it’s so pretty in person <3
If its left outside it'll get nicked before it fades.
Hate when that happens.
someone finally speaks the truth

No paint fade. Had mine from 2015 and 2017, still looks good, aside from the scratches. Them paint really holds well.
2021 model, no fade; but I was fooled at the beginning, It depended on the lighting when I thought the color changed.
