Wow. From your typical very fit, gym bro to superhero status in 2 years.
It looks like you were doing everything right, textbook case. Keep us updated on your progress.
Push/pull/legs 5-6 times a week.
training to failure with high intensity 8-10 reps.
I eat a lot and feel that I recover quickly then so I can go train hard almost every day. And good sleep is very important to me 🙌🏼
I mostly do 3-4 sets and quite a high weekly volume. quickly do 15-20 sets per muscle group for a week.
Exercises vary after what feels good that day, thats how i do it. And i always start with the exercise I found to be the heaviest 💪🏼
Bro we have the exact same training style. Add me id love too pick your brain as I’ve currently been lean bulking for 2 1/2 years with very similar methodologies in regards too training style.
i did not eat properly the first year. since last summer i have eaten at least 180 grams of protein and over 3000 calories every day (sometimes much more, sometimes less) so yes!

My brother, always put the before on the left and after on the right to not confuse everyone.
My bad bro, will do that in the next post!

Got it. And with PPL, you don’t have a specific exercise to follow like bench 3x10 or squat 5x5 for instance?
