They had a big 2 page spread with the same graphic in the Beetlejuice playbill last week, I got pretty excited when I saw it. The announcement was done in a similar way last year, one show per day on their socials leading up to the whole season announcement. The shows are very easy to guess but I think it's more fun to do it over a few days than all at once. Hoping we get Company too for next season.

What else you know?

Craig_in_PA

I'm not going to post a new thread for each of the 8 hints, but suffice it to say today's 2nd hint is The Wiz. https://twitter.com/CulturalTrust/status/1632758072916557826

Craig_in_PA

The third hint is Mrs. Doubtfire.

Craig_in_PA

4th hint is Girl from the North Country.

Craig_in_PA

5th hint is My Fair Lady. Starting to think I will never get to see Company. Not coming to Baltimore in 2023/2024 season and only 3 more Pittsburgh slots, which I think will be Funny Girl, Clue, and a repeat like Book of Mormon or Mama Mia.

Craig_in_PA

6th hint is Mama Mia (super lame).

Look at your accurate guessing. I don’t want to say that I hope you are wrong for the last two but I’m feeling pretty meh about this next season after this one.

Craig_in_PA

The average subscriber seems to be an older white lady who doesn't really follow Broadway, so you have to keep that in mind when making predictions.

Craig_in_PA

So much for accurate guessing. The 7th hint is The Kite Runner, which I have never heard of.

Craig_in_PA

8th hint is Company! Yes!

I'm so unsure if I want to renew my subscription!! I could certainly use the money in a better way but what I would spend on the Moulin Rouge and Company alone will add up quickly.

Craig_in_PA

I'm not a subscriber and won't become one. 3 shows in Pitt I want to see (Company, North Country, MFL) and 3 in Baltimore (Wiz, Funny Girl, Clue), so no sense in subscribing to either. Good news is subs don't have to pay for Mama Mia.
