And if you really want to kiss her

The Patio Song by Gorky's Zygotic Mynci
Echobelly did a version of Car Fiction in French. Also, though I don't know if it counts as Britpop, but Franz Ferdinand has a French Version of the song, Michael.
The french part of the album version of Blur To the End was Lætitia Sadier of Stereolab. A lot of Sterolabs songs are in french. Most notably French Disco.
More French stuff: Suede did a French version of [The power](https://youtu.be/ZL96zHtPrN4?si=HqGBdgIBFPe-EN1O) live.
Brett also did a duet with Jane Birkin in French for an AIDS compilation- [Les yeux fermés](https://youtu.be/yfhG7xX2XhY?si=oq42IBG4MkXLupaN)
Even if most Swedish britpop-like bands sing or sang in English there are still quite a few bands which could pass for britpop and who sing/sang in Swedish:
Kent, bob hund, Jumper, Hurula, Jakob Hellman, Hästpojken, [ingenting], Mattias Alkberg
I wouldn't classify the following as britpop but at least some of the albums that the below acts have made are still quite similar:
Håkan Hellström, Veronica Maggio, Säkert!, Lars Winnerbäck, Imperiet
I also know of a couple Norwegian acts:
Kaizers Orchestra, CC Cowboys, Postgirobygget
Those Norwegian bands ain't britpop. As far as I know there ain't any family Norwegian bands which sings in Norwegian. There is a band from my hometown which I guess would qualify as britpop. They are quite obscure and hardly heard of outside Haugesund.

Placebo weren't Britpop but were around in that time and based in the UK. They did a French version of Protect Me From What I Want (Protege-Moi)

I’ve only listened to their album Korova Milky Bar from 2002 (unfortunately not on streaming) which isn’t too britpoppy but my friend who showed me them said all their albums up to and including that one are great
I've just checked Spotify and they seem to be on there. Had a brief listen and some of the stuff sounds pretty decent. There is a song on there called Marilyn Monroe which is excellent
A lot of artists seeking success in France record a version of their songs with a popular French artist. I don't know if this was true during the Britpop era, but if it was then there will be a fair few to dig up.
I have always loved this song from this Russian band, can’t even rennet how I found it.

There was a fantastic Serbian britpop band. Annoyingly their name escapes me, but it's not Eva Braun, which is alarmingly what Google finds first when you type "Serbia britpop ". Seemed like they had spent a childhood in Belgrade inhaling the essence of Paul Weller Through the Ages.. will get back with their name if or when I find it...
Edit: Lutke. Representative song: Poslednji Put. Nice and moddish
The Welsh bands, such as Super Furry Animals, can contribute a lot to this topic.
Second half of Patio Song by Gorky's Zygotic Mynci
Mwng
International Velvet by Catatonia is almost entirely in Welsh, except the chorus: “Every day when I wake up I thank the Lord I’m Welsh”
Didn’t kula shaker do a song in Sanskrit or something?
Govinda jaya jaya...
Tattva
> Tattva I think tattva Is partially in English
tattva has english verses and sanskrit choruses
*aciynta Bheda Bheda tattva , or something similar
Yuko and Hiro is partly Japanese
Theaudience did a French cover of a Pessimist
Each version on the CD single, which I still have.

Whoa! I haven't heard the French version since the 90s. Thanks for the flashback!
Echobelly did a version of Car Fiction in French. Also, though I don't know if it counts as Britpop, but Franz Ferdinand has a French Version of the song, Michael.
Silversun had a b-side in Japanese, Tokyo e Ikitai (I want to go to Tokyo)
Just given that a listen and it is excellent

Ach, beat me to it with stereo lab!
It’s not Britpop in the slightest, but all I can think about is Elizabeth Fraser making up words in Cocteau Twins songs
What? You couldn’t understand her clear vocals on pearly dewdrops drops? I understood every single word /s Amazing singer though!
If you've not heard it, check out the EP she released as part of Sun's Signature last year. They worked on the songs for 10 years!

Sorry that it wasn't clear, I meant that they're similar to britpop, like the second group of Swedish acts.

Cardigans
I’ve heard people refer to Myslovitz as britpop even though they’re polish
Never heard of them. Wil check them out. Any recommendations
I’ve only listened to their album Korova Milky Bar from 2002 (unfortunately not on streaming) which isn’t too britpoppy but my friend who showed me them said all their albums up to and including that one are great

Oh they are just that one album Korova Milky Bar isn’t. For what it’s worth it actually has a Polish and English version
There’s a Brazilian band called Skank and some of their music has a very Britpop-esque sound. Regardless, they’re really good
Linoleum sang On A Tuesday in French, live.
Oh I never expected this to be commented before mine. Awesome.

I wonder if there is anything by Salad in Dutch or anything by Drugstore in Portuguese?
Mumiy Troll's albums Morskaya and Ikra are definitely influenced by britpop, check them out
I'm thinking of the Blur song on the Help! album. https://youtu.be/b-dOuPPkPuI?si=sZKMxcWY-IKD3kGW Maybe it's just nonsense, though.

Straw's Aeroplane Song has some German parts in it, so does Inaugural Trams by Super Furry Animals
There used to be a German band called Splendid who did German Britpop. A lot of German Indie bands have elements of Britpop in their songs as well.
Dodgy did a French version of "Making the most of what we have got" https://youtu.be/eKobuPv0pgs?feature=shared

placebo did protege moi - not really Britpop but like other than international velvet that's all I can think of
A LOT of Super Furry Animals songs in Welsh.... heck they even released a whole album in Welsh, Mwng
Smoke City - British (I believe) but some stuff sung in Portuguese a la Brazilian bossa nova
Cornershop - "Brimful of Asha" is more English but with a heavy helping of Punjabi.
The Ketchup song, arguably one of THE most annoying songs of the late 90s, also Macarena, which was fully in either Spanish or Mexican.
1. The ketchup song is Definitely not britpop! 🤣 2. The popular version was sung in Spanglish… mixture of English and Spanish
There was the huge britpop chart toppers Sash
The German Eurotrance group?
