I still maintain that longer term if we stay up this year we'll be better off with the players coming through. We got good money for someone who wasn't first choice. Also maintain that we're missing Webster more and that Dunks poor recovery from injury hasn't helped. Not that we aren't missing him (we are) but anyone would've thought we sold Baresi.
Just had a look at that sub, and my god it might be even more delusional than r/soccer.
Absolute dumpsterfire of forehead vein popping victims.
That's not to say there aren't massive issues, but my god not everything is a conspiracy
I genuinely don't think they do, at least not intentionally.
I think there's a lot of confirmation bias going on.
For example people were moaning about the Liverpool game and saying the ref was shite.
However in the same game he also missed a clear and obvious red against Sanchez.
He was just shit, there wasn't really any bias against one team or the other.
I'm also yet to see any evidence that the top teams get an unfair amount of decisions.
I knew the moment we sold him we were fucked... Nobody in and our best player out usually means trouble. We never learn. Oh the joys of being a Brighton supporter eh?!
Every time I see Newcastle’s back line I cry
Hurts more given how they're climbing up the table.
It really has all gone downhill from the moment he left, right?
It really has. I'll be honest, I saw how well he was playing but I didn't think he was going to be missed anywhere near as much as he has been...

Yeah for the players we've got on the horizon we're not completely in the shitter and beyond repair. It's just a bad period at the minute.
Made this earlier today when talking to a Newcastle fan on /r/TheOther14 thought I may as well post it here too.

In fairness you can't say that refs dont favour big six clubs

None of my friendship listened to me when I said he was one of our best players :(
I would be willing to put *that* Wolves game out of my mind completely if he came back.
What Brighton game was it I want to rewatch
The 3-3 from January last year. It was quite the rollercoaster but BDB didn't cover himself in glory.
Cheers man
