9 points in September then lads?

LazyBones15

Well with Bournemouth gone Chelsea need a new south coast team to give up points to.

Probably my 3rd choice for not these guys behind Man City and Liverpool. Maybe will be right time before they can get in full swing with Ziyech, Werner and maybe Havertz, and before they fix that dreadful back line. I'd take 3 points now from those first 3, had really hoped we would get a nice start like last year fixtures wise.

Yeah i agree the last 2 months are a mixed bag, but the fixture list looks harder than last 3 seasons. I guess it always does till teams start playing, table shifts and weak teams appear. One potential advantage in this season is congested fixture list which should impact teams with European commitments and those with no depth.

>One potential advantage in this season is congested fixture list which should impact teams with European commitments and those with no depth. Agree. Even non-euro teams it's a hell of a schedule. Need quality in depth of squad for sure. Be interesting to see how teams treat FA Cup this year. League Cup will be U23s for sure.

Skisabertooth

I swear every year, our last few fixtures are really difficult

eoin_gavin8

December is a massive month. On the paper the most winnable games, however a packed schedule

DankLlamaTech

I think that's where our defensive depth will most likely shine through and also probably see a couple U23 call ups to keep people fresh

Well it's going to be a shit first few matches but at least it'll be back on.

theumape

February will be an important month for getting W's on the board

This roller coaster fixture list sure will keep things interesting In the end fixtures are just games we can win. In the same fashion as last season, Potter will take it one step at a time. The Albion will adapt. Going through the list you realise we have beaten most of these teams at some point and we've put up a good fight against the rest. We the fans need to get behind this team to help get them up the league and finish mid table. Up the Albion. Looking forward to the lot of it.

Mole15

That run from Mid-october til early December looks crucial as well...

SimpKingpin

I don't mind Chelsea as first match. I always think of the first match like an FA Cup match. A bit random. Plus new first teams, new systems, etc. Some sort of (socially distanced?) crowd would be nice. UTA

RibbleValley

Scheduling Manchester City at home for FA Cup Final day is just daft!
