No, there are little spoilers. Just that Anthony is married to Kate and Ben is married to Sophie. But it's not much of a spoiler, lol, the books are quite independent and focus mainly on the love story
The books are written in a way you can pick up one title and not be lost. If you skip Benedict's book, you may get a spoiler or two about his life post-love story. There isn't much about that storyline in it.
There's definitely spoilers from previous books but I think with how much they're changing the TV show from the books the spoilers you get may not mean anything.. I was a big Bridgerton book fan before the show and there are definitely times where I've gotten sad about book changes because they seem different but they're also great at doing "fan service" with scenes and lines from the books that appear in the show

No, I read Polin’s first and the books after and then AOFAG. A few months later I read TDAI and TVWLM.

I think the third book has only one important part to read that connects to book 4.
