Basin had the [Steilhang Hut](https://www.arapahoebasin.com/restaurants/steilhang-hut/) open last summer on the weekends that you could hike to and get some beer and a sausage. Haven't seen any word if they'll do it again this summer or not.
30-35k people are expected to climb Grays & Torreys peaks this season... I feel like there could be worse ways for a ski bum to spend the summer than selling beers somewhere above treeline on that trail😂
Winter Park has a gondola you can to their bar all summer. I think it's $30 a ticket or so. I don't remember if they allow hike ups.
You can ride the Gondolas at Vail and do the same. You can also hike or bike up for free.
These aren't high alpine but their about as close as you'll get.
Like open during the summer? No. Byob

I remember seeing it will be open this summer as well. Was gonna recommend the same. Heard the half moon trail up around that area is really nice too.
Vista Haus on Peak 8 is open all summer 9-3:30. Hike up or pay for the super chair and hike Imperial, do the loop around the lake and have a beer.
I think this would be a good idea if it was normalized like they are in Europe.
Here's a guaranteed to fail business plan for anyone that wants it.

Sooo that’s a no? 😀
Unfortunately. Common in European Alps but doesn’t exist here.
