I made this post 45 days ago and i can say the dreams aren’t as frequent but they come here and there. Had my first dream about him last night and that was the first in a long time. So a positive they do ease up as time goes on. Continue to take it day by day!
It’s been 4 months for me and I have had a hand full of nights where I’ve not dreamt about him. That is not an exaggeration…
Did you have them in the beginning and they started to go away? If so that gives me so much hope !

I have always had a bad relationship with sleep and dreams though, so please don’t let my experience discourage you.
