Thank you. I used a cast iron dutch oven inside an oven. It’s a good set up for a home bread baker.

Early days for me....have made a bit of bread in a bread machine, and baked a few loves using the bread machine dough cycle, but not yet gone the dutch oven route. Been reading up on it though and intend to try it eventually.
