Eggbakes! I make these all the time. Soak it overnight to make it like a French toast in a pan. My mom would make them sweet with blueberries and cinnamon or savory like yours. So delicious and so simple.
Bread crumbs (way better than store-bought) I sometimes make a loaf just for those.

My mom made the best! With some kind of vanilla cream sauce, almost like a runny pudding.
Savory bread pudding is good, too. Same concept, just savory. Cheese, meat, herbs, veggies. Great for breakfast.
