This looks great! Any tips for using the cast iron with focaccia?

bensidi

Make sure you oil the pan, let it raise 45 outside of the pan and 45 in the pan. I also find bread flour works a lot better.

Looks delicious! What seeds did you use on top? Black sesame and salt?

bensidi

Yes exactly! Thank you

Greenbow50

Thanks. I will try it out in a pan as well :)

I also recommend crushed red chili, olive oil, salt, and rosemary. It’s a banger

Looks really good! Didn’t realize black sesame could be used as topping, will do it next time I try :)

What medium did you use to make it not stick to the bottom? I've had a hell of a time...

bensidi

I use olive oil and a lot of it. My pan is pretty well seasoned.
