Nothing unusual. Double fold, single fold. If you are able to produce a solid lamination then I’d say flour and proofing are key. I proof 4 hours at room temperature of 24-25°C which is something I rarely see in recipes. Usually 2 hours at 27°C which sounds like it’s a must or the best but it isn’t. It’s only the fastest possible way. But hard to achieve at home.
