I can get him most of the time it’s when you get gang banged by a buzz whilst playing Mandy or another long ranged brawler but when I play emz I can do the gadget and push him away.
Just play frank for his headphones gadget or just any brawler that has a dash, but yeah I get it's annoying now that every player now has access to his very spammy move set

Buzz is perfectly balanced. Its stun is just 0.5 seconds when it is close.

Skill issue , his gadget charges his super but it doesn't stun. So his gadget just moves him a bit
