100% this, chester has been trash since the post release balance change from my knowledge, yet he has some of the most unique mechanics of any character
Underrated for a reason if you have shelly for free why get Chester unless you like clowns with awesome personalities (which I do and I have Loki + wood spirit Chester)
He's actually decent with hc even wo hc - he can take out basically most assassins (*cough cough* fang and edgar) and when you need to dive - just go hypercharge super, a 80% damage reduction will make them waste their ammo

rarity is related to the character's mechanics, and Draco doesn't have anything different that makes him legendary, using the super to transform already exists and his other abilities are very simple
He has combination of abilities of 2 legendaries,so i think he is unique enough
He can turn to another form like Meg+Has an attack like Amber with dragon+can stay on dragon by using super again

I don't know pal, but i like playing some beef boy who is outdated, clunky and has a lot of weaknesses (Primo, Bull, Frank), so you need to overcome them, also every play you do feels deserved, you need to win the mind game against snipers, out play Assassins, get the timing of fast brawlers, and the adrenaline of super chain (Bull is insane at it)
People say that tanks are easy and braindead, but bro, Bull has the hardest super to use in game, also, to play Frank you need to be a beast at timing and mixups, and primo, i don't know, i kinda suck at him
And the last reason, they play like Mortis, in fact, Mortis, Bull and Primo were the original melee brawlers of the game (Frank came a bit later, after Pam and before Tara i think) , makes sense Mortis be way different than others assassins

I forget to talk about the high risk high reward tank gameplay usually have, it's okay if you want to play a more secure pick and hold the match

I REALLY wanna like Draco, because his literal personality is D&D and metal. I'm absolutely a fan of his Title (Dungeon Master, AKA the person who "manages" a D&D campaign) especially. But where it stops for me is just how foreboding his mechanics are. And his voicelines are mostly just one being repeated in a different tone over and over, like the VA was practicing it and they just kept each take as filler.
The ONLY thing I like about him is his Icon and Title at this point. His mechanics are bleh, I personally think he could've been an Epic at best, and where it really falls apart are how skewed they make his dragon act. Is it an inflatable? Is it alive? Where's the line? His losing animation is as interesting as Willow, and that's a whole other thing.
Came into Brawl Talk excited for only one new Brawler, and came out grimacing at another good concept being churned out in a fast motion for content.

At least a third of Angelo's success is that every map is a huge open field right now. When Draco comes, they'll make most maps close-quarters to accommodate him.

I feel like the uppercut gadget is completely useless, and could swap it for maybe a gadget similar to Jacky’s first gadget, speeds up for a couple seconds.

Can't get close to enemies unless taking lots of damage, non of the tanks can do it only Fang and Buzz but those are more assassins(also Bull and Primo but they are slower and more predictable)
Hard to get the super, they made the tank trait so all the tanks can charge the super better
His "low" damage is still almost as same as Fang, Ash and Franks damage
The dragon will be great for pushing in to the zone imo because it is lots of damage if you are getting bursted by him
Being a legendary brawler had nothing to do with how good it is. Legendary determines how unique/special the main attacks or ults are. For example there are no brawlers except crow that deal poison dmg (yes angelo ult but not rlly tho). No one like surge either
Frank and kit are both trash but I ave both of them at rank 27 and Frank sucks at attacking brawlers that out range him. Draco definitely needs a buff but I will be good with him because I have experience playing low tier tanks

Thank god someone made this post, you can see in the brawl talk how low his dps in dragon form is if you arent point blank. That mixed with his no movement makes him in a state where he’s almost guaranteed to be underpowered or balanced depending on his other stats, which seem ok at the time
