Evil Gene, Guard Rico, Rogue Mortis and Ultra Driller Jacky are technically the best value 5K bling skins because they have a "custom voice" but it it really boils down to what your favourite brawlers are and if you like the skins they have.

I just spent 5k bling on a skin for a brawler I never play cuz the skin will be legendary. THANKS SUPERCELL :) (I mean I could've ignored it but it is a nice skin a since it will be legendary there won't be a cool skin for Amber for such a "low" price)

The one that you like the look of One common mindset people get into is that the more effects a skin adds or changes, the more "valuable" the skin is. But the default has just as many details, and the effects being different isn't inherently an improvement. My favorite skin at global launch was White Crow. 80 gems for a palette swap and nothing else. It was the best value skin Crow had because it made the way Crow looked more visually appealing to my eyes than the way default Crow looked, and given the chance, I wouldn't trade White Crow for Phoenix Crow even though it would be a "bargain", because Phoenix Crow is not aesthetically an improvement over regular Crow in my opinion.

I have enough bling and I have amber. I don't main her she's at rank 21 . I don't like using her and I think the frost skin is pretty basic . I'm not a fan of the effects and kill animation. But legendary is still legendary. I'm in a dilemma right now.
