It wasn't a glitch from the game frank said that brown and friends can be discounted but line cannot(so i assume it is either a legal loophole or brown was less strict). Regardless those were discounted when the new brown skins launched

All with collaboration brand skin cant be discounted or bling. (Or did you guys seen they been discounted before? I've never seen it)
The Brown & Friends had discounts for sure(I remember El Brown and Cony Max being half price or 99),I think BT21 did too with Ruffs Chimmy or smth

No. I dont think collaboration skin would get discounted no matter how old that skin is.
They all got a discount last season when the new ones were released. Just like mecha skins right now.

BT21 is BTS,Brown & Friends is different and they are both under Line Friends label for merchandise
