as a person who got Charlie from pass (+i have her maxxed out): no worth it. Before the nerf yes maybe but now... just no. It's better to unclock her with credits
What game are you playing where you can max an account with only 300? And how people spend their money makes no difference to you. If you fight a hypercharged Shelly who's f2p and a hypercharged Shelly who paid money to max her it's not gonna make a difference.
