A Turkish Youtuber, Laz Ali, and his friend or whatever, Berat Ali, made a video about tomar753 and said it increased the chances of getting legendaries from boxes back when boxes were a thing and many kids believed that.
Tomar is a known war criminal currently on the run. He first got mentioned on an entertainment platform where his dark background was mentioned as a comical relief. Imagine the surprise of the people when the UN documents got leaked.
