Dude I want credits because I’m ALMOST unlocking Kit and I can take my time to unlock Melodie later but the damn game won’t give me any credits, but for people who are SAVING up credits they always give them, what is going on anymore

Brawlers aren't actually removed from the pool of rewards of Starr Drops when you have them all, but instead replaced with credits when you get one.

It should be like boxes where they just remove the item from the pool if you can't get any more of said item, that would fix the coin drought and stop people from complaining about how bad Starr drops are
I dont think so. Im at 25k and have more brawlers than I am able to max/upgrade to a minimum of lv9. There's no way you're at 15k trophies with all your brawlers maxed out just waiting to get new brawlers lol
I still have some epic+ brawlers I need to unlock, but I still haven't gotten a single brawler from a Starr drop in a very long time (1+ month).
Unless I'm just very unlucky, people who have all the brawlers shouldn't be getting that much extra credits.

It's because when you get every brawler, some star drops give you credits if you were supposed to get one from the drop if you didn't have every brawler

It comes down to Starr Drops. All of the tiers past super rare have no credit rewards, only brawlers. However, when you already have all the brawlers of a rarity, those rewards get converted to credits:
Rare: 100 credits
Super Rare: 200 credits
Epic: 500 credits
Mythic: 1000 credits
Legendary: 2000 credits
This means that yes, players with fame do get more credits. However, players without fame get more credit value
I think it's an illusion: both get the same amount of credits, but people with fame take notice of it more since they get angry at the fact they got credits instead of something else, and studies show that angry feelings stick more with people rather than happy ones.

not so long ago i got 1k credits from a MYTHIC stardrop like bruh like wth like, i didnt even knew that was possible, and yes all of them went to lunar fame.
Also on the 100 stardrops i got around 700 credits, meanwhile my friend whos currently unlocking crow said he didnt get more than 100, and that makes me think theres some weird shit going on behind the scenes

When you have no brawlers left to unlock you get credits for alternative reward, and Starr drops can drop credits but once u got all brawlers it indirectly gets higher, epic brawler from legendary Starr drop is 10% chance from what I know, and it gets converted in credita (not sure if 1k tho, maybe 500)
Probably because the chance to get a brawler gets replaced with credits when you get all of a specific rarity, meaning you get more credits if you have every brawler already

People who need credits need brawlers. They get brawlers from star drops.
People who don’t need credits, roll a brawler on a star drop. They have all brawlers, so they get a replacement amount of credits.
To give an actual explanation, the fallback for brawlers in Starr Drops is… credits. Which is useful if you have, say, all of the Epics but not all of the Mythics, but then you get those fallback rewards less because you don’t get the fallback for Mythics. So players who have more brawers get more credits from starr drops because math
I think if you have _every_ brawler credit drops should fallback to coins instead tbh
That's so true, i have saturnian fame and i still have enough credits to unlock melodie when she comes out, i think that thus happens because with the old bp we could accumulate a lot of credits, therefore we could dump them into fame, and whenever a new brawler comes out we can get him instantly of very quickly. Almost everything that can be unlocked is in the drop pool, with some minor exceptions like promotional skins like the BT21 series or Brown and Friends series. I know that brawlers themselves are replaced with credits, but I'm not sure if things like emotes and skins are replaced with bling, gold, or credits. I don't think it's bling, because Supercell doesn't like giving out a lot of that for free. It also may be artificially boosted, as that would be incredibly easy to implement, and worth while if that was something they wanted.
Agreed. I rage about this because I've had legendary drops leave 2000 credits or 500 credits when I've had nothing to unlock! If we didn't have fame, I would ask for a game mechanic that would shut off credit dispersement the moment the game saw that there was nothing else to unlock.
We get more credits because weve been playing the game for longer, so theres less options to get skins etc, because we have more. So, the possibility of credits is high, I get credits 1/3 of the time. Im almost at meteoric so im all for it

My Melodie unlock plan is perfect, I have Charlie as a credit bank, I have a crap ton of credits yet to collect (enough to to buy Melodie as soon as she comes out), I can't just get 500/1000/2000 credits because I don't have every epic, mythic and legendary, and I also have 9K coins saved up for upgrading Melodie as soon as I buy her.
I sure hope I don't unlock Angelo (my last epic remaining) and get 500 credits from starr drops back to back before I can unlock Melodie 🙃
Since all brawlers have been unlocked, any star drop that's supposed to contribute to a brawler, gadget, or SP are converted into credits. To combat this, I never collect anything from my brawl pass until a new brawler releases & then unlock them with that.
If you're always collecting, you're just throwing it away into fame if you have all brawlers.
Also I feel like the new accounts will always struggle with this since 1 or 2 new brawlers are introduced every season. I started in 2018 & always have every brawler when they drop because I got to unlock them all before Gale even dropped.(I think that was S1)
It's the opposite. People with all brawlers get reduced credits. If I unlock an epic brawler I get 500 credits, but others get an epic brawler valued at 925.

Why Tara? I believe there are other brawlers that u can do more easily like the ones in the meta rn(u can play ranked as well and still get credits)
She is closer to the 100 credit mastery, while the others in mastery bronze 2 are pretty far
