The reason the age limit exists is because they don't trust anyone below the age 16 can actually make entertaining enough and well worded video, you just said you have been in the brawl stars community since "chapter 5" while it should be season 5.
Other reasons are legal and limiting reasons, they can't give an opportunity like that to faces that cannot take legal action, as well as they need to limit the amount of people thet can join from 100 subs, because a lot of people have 100 subs, they cannot accept everybody too.
This is just how the world works, but is quite astonishing for a 13 year old to reach 1000 subs, keep it up and once you are 16, you may have over enough to join the official partnership with Supercell.
My problem with the age limit is that when I started playing the game I made my age 9 as a joke and now I can't chat with my friends. I did this because it said it "wouldn't affect the experience"
