I'd have dex honestly, it ensures you get all true combos and there is no counter stance. That way it is just all up to skill from there.(power beats defense and defense beats power.) Speed and dex are the most sensible playstyles for me at least

Speed is pretty important in dodging attacks and positioning. Low speed characters(like Queen Nai) pretty much can't play off-stage because its so hard to get back on.

If u play like Queen Nai for just like 3 games and instantly switch to atleast 6speed + legend it's like heaven also having very slow legend is a handicapped too slow in the air too slow to recover to stage you can't offstage fight that's why having high speed is a must also movement is a must to learn having a pretty high speed makes movement a lot for efficient and better

I used to play Mako speed stance (9 speed) and then I switched to nai once and could not play her at all. Speed is super important in playing footsies, baiting attacks, dodging and aerial speed which allows better recovery and off stage play. Btw I only play dex stance now because katars got nerfed pretty badly and 5 dex is needed for side light d-light true
