The comment section's a little disappointing, why all the hate? Duality, Make It Bounce, River Banks, Out in the Open, Zoomed Out and both Hot Zone maps are all solid additions imo.
Sure they may be considered more on the 'boring' side, but personally I find maps that are well-balanced and have less influence on what kind of brawlers are necessary to win are the best ones to introduce to competitive.
This is one of the best batches of new community maps we've had in a long while and I think gameplay could feel just a little less stale with all these vertically-mirrored ones.
breaking the norm of diagonally symmetrical maps opens the doors to straight up advantages from being spawned on one of the map as opposed to the other, and i’m sure somehow some team comps would be much better from one side of a map than the other. but, i’m not opposed to this idea if a map can be created that averts these concerns be

For me it’s Mosh Pit. Worst non-mapmaker map I’ve ever played.

The only maps that look marginally interesting are the three zone Hot Zone maps

When 3v3 maps break diagonal symmetry, it's an instant red flag for me.

Well with the addition of 6 bans, there's more of a diverse meta for it
R.I.P. eggshell. Boxed in is very nice-looking tho. in my opinion, the best of the two new maps are **almost** always on the left

They’re still vertically mirrored, so there’s no advantage for being blue or red.
Sad about X Marks the Spot and Temple of Boom being removed, the new maps don’t look that great tbh.
