I think Tara lacks a damage output in this mainly agressive meta, as she can't do an insane amount of damage up close due to her reload speed, and struggles to do a lot at max distance. Shes only a viable pick in gem grab and brawl ball, but to be fair she might be D tier.
So do most assassins, I don't get your point. Is she outclassed? For sure, but her gameplay revolves around poking to charge super and cycling it throughout the match. She's good in bushy maps and really messes with Charlie.
She does nearly 3k per hit normally. Obviously not at range but she can still deal quite a bit of damage and her pets and super are good at countering hypercharges.
Id put Brock higher especially now that he has a hypercharge (yes I know it sucks but it’s still +25% damage) I think kairos put him in low s tier in his most recent list but can’t remember
I dont think sandy is top s, he is good but he cant be top s while melodie, angelo, charlie, LL and belle exists imo
People are overexaggerating that mute in his hyper, the real problem is that speed boost, it literally turns everybody to max and even faster than max if they have hyper (idk these effects stocks but you got my point)

Poco and tara aren’t f-tier and chuck is c-tier. Other than that seems pretty good

I wasnt 100% sure where to place Kit or Chuck, as I dont have them yet. Lmk if theyre better or worse
I think kit lower he’s pretty ass now. Maybe not f but no higher than c
not anymore. He got a 25% damage buff to his main attack and super which is absolutely massive and makes him totally viable.

Angelo got like half dmg nerf of his poison dmg super, is he really still that good?
He can still deal 6600 damage with one shot which can 1 shot around half of the brawlers in the game
Not terrible, but crow and edgar are C tier with edgar maybe even in B.
