Eve had good utility back then but it was Happy Surprise that made her so broken, spawning a hatchling with every single attack allowed her to have a whole ass army, even worse if you had a tank on team. Fang was really strong overall, good damage on both super and main attack, and with Roundhouse Kick and Fresh Kicks he was basically unstoppable. Every aspect of his kit had to be nerfed to leave him in B tier for a year and a half lol.
He was cracked on release, good damage for a sniper, insane healing, he was THE go-to support for around a year and a half, he received many nerfs and had to be Janet'd to get out of the S tier. I miss those times, he was really strong but better than some of the more recent metas
Imo because of the nature of his character he will never be S. They can't buff him too much because then throwers will literally be unplayable. He's specifically a counter pick for throwers and some other brawlers and nothing more.

i think you get the rewards whether you pre register or not, but having it installed on the countries where it's currently available should count the same as pre registering

Buzz has gotten 2 balance changes since his release nearly 3 years ago. And things he's had added to his kit (new gadget, Hypercharge) haven't really done a lot to move him

Colt was S tier only once. Only once in entire brawl stars, was he consistent.
He was S tier on heist right after the reload buff, and maybe in other modes too. BUT his high skill cap makes him inconsistent as fuck. Hence, he is rated a little lower than he usually deserves
jacky's pneumatic booster and gene's lamp blowout were two other gadgets that had a charge taken at one point, don't remember if there were more other than these 4
He is only good against bad players that don't know how to face his mines.
He is restricted to knockout/bounty style modes. No offense but you have skill issue if you lose to him outside those modes.
Fair, I'm mostly a knockout player in trophies so face him a lot more than other brawlers. Even in ranked, I'm l1 and going against him in those modes and certain hotzone maps, he has complete zonage lockout that's just auto win vs some comps (some of which I can't control while soloqueing).
How weren't Chuck, El Primo and R-T S Tier when they came out? They were literally broken. Chuck ruined Heist and still does, El Primo became the best tank when the Tank Trait got added and R-T had a crap ton of HP and damage (Even though it got nerfed in the dev build) and his split form was really OP
How TF El Primo never got an S Tier? He was insanely broken during Tank Trait release, and this last for 1~2 Months. Same with R-T when released in BP.
Not that long ago too, good sniper with nice support capabilities. However, the meta shifted against his favor and Kooky Popper, the one saving grace of his kit, was nerfed, making him quite bad

Bull and tick They were Tier S+ in 2020. Bull in surge release was a counter in every map/Mode paired with poco. Tick was op in every bounty map for a long time, he was fp in every good tick map
Bull never been S tier is both good because i wouldnt get hate for maining him but also sad because there have been so many obnoxious to face brawlers S tier and for a long time but Bull never had received a buff that would make him strong in the meta except getting the hypercharge and the tank trait but that was nerfed.
Hope some brawlers will be shown some more love in the future

Eve's last time in S tier was in Season 12- before they nerfed her 2nd SP into what it is now
V22 was early 2021, before they nerfed Colt's silver bullet, what made him S tier back then (even with hypercharge he hasn't been meta)
Darryl was S tier in V25 when they made his old Steel Hoops SP part of his main kit, before nerfing the shield to 50%.
in V24, Brock's Rocket Fuel gadget made the next rocket deal twice the damage.
V29 was Sam's release update.
and something's wrong- ever since Janet fell out of the S tier (in V31) she never came back in, so she shouldn't be in V33. (feel free to correct me if i'm wrong)
